Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

I have a 12 hour stop over in Dubai. Firstly i take in a bit of sightseeing but mostly look forward to my time in the lounge. It gives me time to relax whilst having some food and put my feet up watching tv and unwinding with a few drinks. I then having a refreshing shower before i set off back to the UK.

The only complaint I have was that I had to wait 3 hours for the delta desk to open so I could get my boarding pass. It took away a lot of my time in the lounge but this was in no way their fault.

The huge, plush chairs were really comfortable. The food was extraordinary, and the beer was good and cold. I was able to Skype with my wife, and get a little shut-eye. I always feel secure in the lounge. This is the third time I've used it and I will continue to on my long lay-overs in the Dubai Airport.

The chairs are very comfortable, the food was very good, the drinks were very good. I used the WiFi it was very good. Thank you for the comfortable and clean conditions.

The lounge is very relaxing. The shower is a blessing after a really long flight. Internet is decently fast allowing you to Skype with family during your travels. The food is pretty good but, you can eat as much as you want. It's also nice to have a cold drink while relaxing too. Definitely, worth the money!!!

The lounge was well maintained and provided a comfortable environment.

I found the showers to be a bit tatty and in need of renovation, but they fitted the bill. The food was good but as with any buffet style servery, only warm not piping hot. There was a few power sockets dotted around which allowed me to charge my Macbook & iPad whilst in there. I will definitley be booking in again.

Personal doing the best,food and beverage are good...Shower with hot water to refresh your self...I recommend to everybody, book online here and you will have a good time...

I was extremely tired and just wanted to sit back, kick my feet up and watch some TV. By no fault of the lounge the place was packed with people and it appeared there was no where to sit. However, I found an area in the back where no one was sitting, several tables and couches were empty. As I made my way over I noticed the tables had several left over items (food and drinks) on them, as I was looking for the table with less items I noticed that the chairs also had food on them. At the end it all, I am not sure if this is was the responsiblity fo the lounge or not but it was very stuffy in there.

Recommend to every one who traveling by DXB to use business lounge. Very cheap for what you get TXN again

I had a long layover and the lounge was an excellent way to spend it. Wide variety of foods and drinks. Excellent customer service and all in comfortable atmosphere.

Excellent food choices. Nice assortment of liquor. Shower present, but you need to bring your own towel.

5 hours was very comfortably spent with large range of fresh snacks and drinks on hand and managed a little sleep too ...:-)

My experience has been bad in connection with replacement of reserved tickets to Dubai International business lounge, because I had a delayed flight and could not replace the term for another day, I ask you to correct this mistake.

The staff was wonderful. The food was light fare, nothing really substantial. If you're looking for a meal, eat before you arrive. The wifi works well enough. The smoking lounge was NOT air conditioned, and the entire room was a sweat box. May I suggest an exhaust fan vented to the outside, so cool air would be drawn into the room and still not allow smoke to enter the remainder of the lounge.

I appreciate all the lounge has to offer especially the shower! Try making an irish coffee with the mint liqueurs, irish whiskey, and the automated espresso machine. I wish only for some more comfortable seating and or a place to take a nap, but other than that it's the best deal in DXB (:

Busy, but quiet, easy to find, the explanation on the voucher is great since they change the names of the gates, lot of free coffee:), food for every taste, separate smoking area,even if you forget your teeth brush and towel you will get there, clean shower, and the most important thing, reminder day before arrival.the only not that good thing is rising the price, but... will be back again.

I felt comfortable,possibily the lights need to be dimmed a bit,the food was very limited and there was not a good sandwedge selection this time,Glasses need to be bigger and cerial bowls need to be bigger.

I enjoy the food, the drinks and relaxation. I use the smoking-room as well. The toilets are very clean as well the rest of the lounge. I use Wi-fi to let my family know I'm resting before my next flight. The couches are very comfortable and the service is perfect!

It was a great place to stay waiting on my flight. I had 5 hours before I left and your lounge made it a pleasant 5 hours.
