Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

The facilities, food, and service were fine. One note of caution: if you buy a 5 hour pass, be advised that most travelers are not allowed in the area the lounge is located until 3 hours prior to flight time. To me is seems the 5 hour option is not feasible. Other than that the lounge is great, and I would use it again. Mr. Wibright

Nice lounge. Clean, nice fresh food, TV, internet. My first time in this lounge and definitely not last. I recommend to everybody who have to wait at Dubai airport. Very nice cooperative personnel and nice customer service.

I wasn't happy that I could not get to the lounge until after I checked in which was only hours before my flight took off.

If you have a long stay in Dubai I highly recommend you pay the extra and book a lounge. Food was good, plenty of drinks, comfortable seating and free Wi-fi.

the food and drink were excellent but the online security of your credit card information should be improved. Mine was hacked into and my credit card was taken to the limit.

nice facilities, shower ,wifi, smoking rooms, food and bevarages( alcoholic,non alcoholic) ..comfortable couches...overall nice place to relax /recharge especially for long gap between flights.

The food and drinks were above average. Stay was good even though the ventilation in the smoking area could be better and both separate rooms should be smoking areas so that the group of travelers could stay and enjoy food, drinks and cigarette while waiting for the flight.

This was the first time I have use this lounge. It came in handy, but I only had time to use it for two hours. It should be pay-per use.

Lots of food to choose from with plenty of fruit, all kinds of drinks and a chance to get a shower if needed.

The food/drink and comfort was very good. I would have liked to shower but it seems you need your own towel which I didn't have.

When I submitted my admission payment sheet, I was received in a curt unprofessional manner when I told the woman at the desk I would rather not surrender my boarding pass. She abruptly took it from my hand and made a copy. This was not meant to offender her, but when travelling internationally I would no more surrender my boarding pass then my passport! I do not think anyone at the lounge would do anything sinister, but it could get misplaced or lost. I did not need her to display her attitude.

I truly enjoyed the option provided to me to extend the stay a few hours when flight plans changed, a great convenience.

Having a 5 hour layover i found the lounge to be well worth the money spent. Quiet, relaxing and the food and drinks were good too. Thanks.

The lounge pass was recommended by a coworker so I gave it a try. I am so glad that I did. The shower was great, the food and beverages were excellent and definitely a money saver. If you enjoy having a few drinks it definitely is worth every penny. I have recommended this to everyone that I work with that travels and I know they will thank me.

You have a very attentive staff and the overall experience was very pleasant.

It provided a place to relax although there was a family with four young children who were very loud and the bathrooms were less than spotless.

This time my experience was over shadowed by not having Hot Water for my shower.
