Time spent in Dubai International Business Class Lounge was great experiance, everything was on high level of professionalysm and customer service was excellent. The staff were very professional as always. The food was fresh, delicious and well presented. A variety of drinks were available and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Thank you for all your efforts.

For the price this lounge does offer good value for money on the basis of facilities. The food choice is quite narrow and is replaced slowly. The drinks range has reduced in recent months and well known brands disappeared. Being located right at the end of the old T1 means a fair to long walk for the gates. For a few hours with a comfy seat, solid wi-fi and food and drink included it's a fair deal.

I really enjoyed the food and drinks at the lounge but I had hoped for a little more privacy. I couldn't truly relax. Other than that it was great and well worth the money.

As you know this lounge supposed to be to relax and to be quiet inside the lounge. This time there was some people inside they was drinking and singing I felt like I was on music club. I complaint to the reception they said they will take care about that but nothing, I din't have any quit time. Other than that everything it was perfect the food the drink and the showers everything is the best you can have on any airport.

I was on Business class on Delta and did not know that I got the Dubai Lounge for free and I had already booked the lounge. I asked the matron if he could give me a pass for next time through and he said no. So in essences I paid for the lounge pass twice!

Help desk can inform you about your flight time which is cool. Still is better you verify your self. Food and drinks are ok and you can use wireless internet.

Comfort, class and amenities made my lounge experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be using these services again.

I enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere and the good selection of food and drink. The availabilty of the showers helps prepare for onward travel

I very much enjoyed the lounge. I had eight hours in between flights and I could recharge my phones, enjoy the free wifi and feed myself. My needs were catered to and I could rest in between flights. There were places to shower and refresh. I would have just hoped for a dark area to get some shut eye in between flights because I was tired. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of the lounge.

Great Service but showers and furniture needs to be renovated/renewed. Wifi for free and some PC stations available. Valuable buffet (Hot/Cold meals) and alcoholic, non alcoholic beverages. No info about T3 flights, just T1.

Though crowded, the lounge was a welcome respite at a busy time. Most helpful for transiting passengers with longer times waiting for connecting flights. For those checking in at Dubai, most airlines don't open checking in passengers until three hours before departure. This greatly reduces the time to use the lounge's services.

Had about a 14 hour layover so I just bought 2 passes to stay the entire time. Shower and food was nice as well as a good drink selection but don't plan on getting cold beer and the selection is limited but the spirits selection is nice.

Very good place to stay and relex in Dubai airport if you have a long connection to a next flight!

The food is good and served buffet style. There is not a huge amount of choice but easily enough for most tastes. The showers are good and clean. The chairs are very comfortable to sit in but not that great for a quick sleep. It does get pretty busy at times but that soon passes.

Showers are clean, food is good, plenty of drinks to choose from,you get free internet with good speed and if you want to sleep u can relax in one of the sofas. I like that there is no unnecessary smoke as the smokers get a separate room to have a cigarette! I use the lounge every time i am in Dubai airport waiting for flight!

Nice way to spend time on short layovers. Free beer, alcohol, and food.

As I already said everything was great at Dubai international business class lounge, I was satisfied with everything completely. Very good experience for me.
