The Lounge is always clean, the staff is very courteous and the food is great!!

That was my first time using Business Class Lounge and I travel a lot and I can say all best. I suggest to everybody who have a few hours to connect other flight to use Business Class Lounge,it is worth all money I gave.Enough food to eat,drinks....place to take a shower,rest,internet cafe....great. Can wait to be there again. Sanel

This lounge has everything from anything you want to drink, great food, showers, smoking area very relaxing environment. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Great place if your waiting in Dubai for an extended time. Food and drinks were great with lots of variety for both. I had a 9 hr layover at Dubai and spent 5 of them here. I showered before my 14 hr flight which made it all the more comfortable. The rest of the time was spent getting through customs and to the lounge (2 hrs) a little shopping and to the gate. Very restful and relaxing for the price you pay. Will be doing it again the next time I'm in Dubai.

The experience is so relaxing before a long flight to the USA that I will use the lounge each time. I go on vacation in March 2013 and have pruchased my pass already. Furthermore, I shared the website with my coworkers who did not know about it.

Honestly, Friends told me about this Lounge and I decided to give it a try since they said it is their favourite location. And, my, I was impressed with service provided and environment you get placed in to. So close to the gates and you can watch planes passing by, yet ... you are out of crowded areas, having peace of mind and place to recharge. Both, yourself and your electronics. There are no screens for you to keep looking at for your flight. Lounge attendant keeps track of boarding times and announces it to you in timely manner so you know that boarding started and you need to go. One less thing to worry, sit back and relax. If I say I recommend it ... well look at it like this: I AM STAYING THERE next time I have layover in Dubai. That should say enough about my satisfaction. Sincerely Mr. Delic

Nice to relax, when I have to wait for my next flight. I enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. I also go to the smoking room and I can use free wi-fi every where in the lounge. The toilets are big and clean, the staff service in general is the best. Ones I tried, I can't flight without booking my Business Class Lounge in Dubai terminal 2, near C8!

Dubai International Business Class Lounge is a good place to stay for food and drinks if you have a layover. The meals are basic but satisfying. I am more inclined to have a simple snack of hummus, cheese and bread and a few drinks. I'll be having layovers in Dubai for quite some time and I would continue to use the lounge just to get away from the chaotic rush of Dubai International Airport.

Poor value for money; food very average, nobody available to assist. Facilities basic at best

Nice place to enjoy until waiting for the flight, especially if you need to wait for connection flight more than 15 hours,like I did. So, I would like to recommend to all passengers passing through airport, And I would like to share nice experience with lounge

It works but seems like this place is aging really quick. Seems understaffed and food quality gets worse each time. Worth it for the $$$ yes only because the alcohol.

The lounge staff were friendly and helpful. The showers were clean and modern. The food was ok. Additional lounge/recliners would have been nice.

The food was good, not great but definitely a good value with a great variety. The seating area would be so much better with some lounge chairs to recline and relax in. The showers need a more powerful exhaust fan, seating, and some robe hooks so clothes and luggage do not need to be placed on the wet floor. All-in-all a good experience that could be much better with a few adjustments.

Food and drinks were terrific. Service was very friendly. Showers are very much appreciated! Recommend front desk have more US$ change to break larger bills so more money is available for tips for service people.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Excellent way to pass the time until your flight. Eat, drink, nap, whatever you need at the time.

I was very excited to be able to use the Dubai Intl Bus Class Lounge for a long layover when I was travelling Economy and could not use any other of the Lounges. I ended up very disappointed in the experience and did not think it was worth having paid for. The lounge is dark and somewhat dingy. It is certainly of a MUCH lower quality than the International First class and other business lounges in the airport (though the Marhaba lounge in Terminal 1 got pretty poor reviews too). The furniture was old, the lighting extremely poor, and the entire far wing was smoky with poor air quality due to the smoking lounge attached to it (despite a glass door separating them). It was nice to charge my computer and the food was quite good. But you can buy food somewhere else in the airport and sit in a much nicer environment, even if not in a lounge. You can also charge up on wall outlets elsewhere. It's better than sitting on the chairs in Terminal 1 (which is dark and poorly laid out in a lot of areas) if that's where you have to sit, but definitely worse than the regular airport chairs and sitting areas in Terminal 3 or the other Concourse. It's bad enough that I would instead hang out in the sitting areas in Terminal 3 and then go to Terminal 1 when I have to for my flight. Think this lounge was created by the Dubai Airport for revenue for travellers who don't have access to the business lounge of their own individual airline but want something more. Do not think they accomplished a level that puts them on par with any other 'business lounge' I have seen. Would not recommend and will not purchase again.

I was pleased with the service, never having to get up for a drink unless i wanted to. The food was excellent and I was able to relax in the quietness of the lounge. It was nice to be able and have a hot shower before a fifteen hour flight.

Clean showers. No recliners. A little noisy. Good wifi. Adequate buffet. Difficult to get service. Receptionist was reluctant to issue a towel upon initial request. I had to confirm with other staff members that the receptionist was the person to issue the towel for the showers. Still worth the expense as opposed to paying for a hotel room or staying in the corridor during a long layover (11h45mn).

The best thing about Dubai Lounge is that there is not a lot of traffic going in and you can have the rest you paid for. I will always go again for this option whenever i have to stay in Dubai Airport. For this price, you got a lot of stuff.
