Dubai International Business Class Lounge

well the beer was hot , me I love beer but cold, the smoking room need a better ventilation system and need more ashtrids

I chose this lounge based on experiences from fellow employees experiences. Customer service was excellent from check in, to the buffet and shower facilities. The cleanliness of the facility at the time of my visit was average. I am sure if the two gentlemen who were more concerned with eating and drinking coffee (while peeking around a corner to see if anyone was watching) would have actually been helping the other employees the place may have been cleaner. Some of the furniture in the lounge is in need of repair, or replacing but overall comfy and served its purpose. I would still use this lounge for the value and would recommend it to others.

Had a great experience at the Dubai Lounge, will defiantly visit the lounge again as as travel through. This is not my first time using the lounge and will gladly recommend to anyone.

The food was a little more international this time. I liked the selections with a more western taste.

Great staff, great cuisine, comfortable accommodations and exquisite atmosphere.

Good food and value. The whiney undisciplined children made it uncomfortable.

I thought by booking into the lounge there would be a place to rest. The seats were fine, but nothing to lie down on. There were a few very young children in the lounge that screamed for 3 hours and only after I complained did they leave. It was very unpleasant, especially after a 9 hour flight of screaming kids. I was hoping to get some sleep and relax, but managed nothing. The showers were the only consolation.

1. All Food trays were empty during stay there was practically nothing decent to eat. 2. Business and first class lounges should be run promptly and not on a "We will do it Tomorrow Attitude" 3. Costa coffee is more comfortable. 4. The shower was good but shower facilities old and dirty. Their is only one sit down Toilet in the whole lounge for ladies to use. 5. Not worth the money and to far away from anything

Everything was well worth the price of the pass. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and the food was better than I have eaten in some restaurants. I definitely recommend paying the money and having the comfort and customer care the Dubai International Airport Lounge afford.
