Really good service at a price lower than BAA medium term parking. Would definitely use again.

Very friendly and accommodating as last year.

I was on a budget and a tight time schedule, so I spent allot of time investigating the best parking options avaiable to me. I have never experienced a meet and greet service before, and so I didn't really know what to expect, or what the procedure entailed. The cost of this service was the same as having to park for myself in the carpark furthest away from the airport, where the reviews for the bus link service to the terminal didn't sound too efficient and were time consuming. So, I chose to experience the meet and greet service. I definitely made the right choice, it could not have been more straight forward, I kept thinking there must be a catch and a problem somewhere along the line, but there was none! The car park staff were efficient, trustworthy, polite and friendly and this service is hassle free! I will definitely always use this service in future and would also recommend it to anyone else to do so also, it's so easy! Airport parking in general is quite expensive, but this is certainly best value for money, and I would have tipped the staff if I was loaded!

This is my first time using this service and it was ideal for us.

Parking at Stanstead with the very long drive to long term and the expense of mid term and the increased security is not simple any more. Using the meet and greet eliminated all this.

This was the cheapest valet parking service at the time of booking. They don't provide good customer service and I regret that I didn't pay a bit more for one of the others. I won't use this company again.

Punctual friendly service allowing us to arrive later than park and ride. Also avoiding transportation of heavy luggage and skis on the bus.

Everything worked to order, making travelling to the Airport a pleasure, rather than a pain. The return was as expected, and departure expeditious.

We rang ahead to say we had to change our car and there were absolutely no problems. The staff were really helpfully and easy to deal with. Parking and pick up were very smooth and I would definately recommend the service.

Within 5 minutes of arriving at Stansted we were at the checking in desk, your service was prompt and excellent. Had a friend with us who is a frequent flyer from stansted but had not used your services before - he is now converted!

Couldn't get through on phone when i eventually did told to ring back again when through customs then they would get my car after much difficulty got back through to call queue and was eventullly able to ask where my car was by this time had waited 20 min outside in the cold at midnight with 2 young children not what i paid for at all and when i complained the return driver was rude and aggressive I would complain direct to the organisation but it was so shambolic and understaffed that i would probably be wasting even more time NEVER again.

First time I have ever used meet and greet. I will be using it again. It's worth every penny. Fantastic.

I only have praise for the service I received at Stansted Airport from Let us Park. They waited patiently for my late arrival due to closure of the M25 and kept in constant phone contact with me throughout. The car was waiting for me when I arrived back in Stansted and the service / staff just couldn't have been better. This is the best service I have ever received - great job!

At only £10 more than off site parking this was a very convenient way to park. Instructions were clear but directions to the 'Red' car park don't make sense until you're there - follow signs for short stay! Also remember where the meeting point is for when you return - it can be a bit confusing as you exit the airport after a trip abroad. These are very minor niggles; this is a great and cost effective service. Friendly staff.
