despite our late arrival , the pick up and collection of out car went smoothly.

I use this regularly and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and usual very punctual, this time, however, I was a little disappointed. On arrival I waited in the office for several minutes and could hear talking from round the corner in the office. An attendant from the parking lot actually entered the office at one point and left without notifying staff that I was waiting. On my return (when the bus is usually there within minutes) I waited over 15 minutes to be picked up and was actually trying to phone them when they turned up .... there were 3 members of staff in the transport and none were very helpful or friendly. Usually you are dropped off next to your car but this time we stopped next to the office so 2 of the staff could get out and I was told my car was 'over there somewhere' ... not good enough Park and Fly, your standards are slipping.

Very professional customer service. As I was only away for a short trip, I received a free upgrade to the short stay car park which was a magnificent gesture

Staff provide a friendly service. It holds the Safer Parking Award which means that it is has been subject to inspection by Northumbria Police and the British Parking Association. I use it every time that I travel.

Perfectly friendly reception - did not use coach pickup as was transferred to short-term carpark for some reason. No complaints and certainly value for money would recommend and use again.

It was hard to find Park and Fly because the signposting was not sufficiently conspicuous. Also on return the pick-up point was not obvious and it took us a little time and some enquiries before we found the right place.

our experience of this company has always been very good and we have used it many times. even when flights were late the coach was there to collect us. people were very friendly and helpful

Easy to find well organised with helpful staff and above all peace of mind

friendly and courteous staff, but I think the drivers would benefit from a laptop or tablet to keep them posted of early arrivals.

We arrived early for the park and ride which was not a problem, and we were switfly dealt with. Because we were arriving back to the airport the very early hours of the morning they gave us a ticket to use in the main carpark at the doors to the airport. The service and the staff was spot on, and was just no hassle at either end of the journey.

Park and fly is easy to get to and the staff always ready to be of service. I like the ease of leaving the car beside the office and a member of staff removes it for parking whilst customers are transferred to the airport departure doors. All very speedy and efficient. On return from the trip a minibus picks customers up and takes you to the area where your car is parked. Staff are always polite and friendly. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you.

When i booked Park and Fly i did not know i was going to get in my opinion a 5star service for a 3star price, we booked last minute but we didnt need to worry from the moment we arrived we were greeted by very courteous staff very smart in shirt and tie, they gave us clear and easily to understand instructions on where we were to be collected on our return. We were taken within minutes to the terminal 5mins and dropped off as close as you could get, the driver got our bags out of the minibus and bid us a fond farewell. On our return as promised we did not need to ring as they monitor all the flights the driver was waiting for us, all we did was get in minibus and get taken to our car. The driver was such a pleasant chap smiling all the while. I am a frequent flier and fly from airports all over Britain but i have never had a service as good as this, this is better than meet and greet and far cheaper. I wouldnt care if this company put up their prices i would stil use them. Well done to all at Newcastle Park and Fly.

We always use Park & Fly now as we find it the best and easiest to use. Staff are pleasant and polite and pick-up is always there on time.

The car park is very close to the airport so literally only a few minutes transfer time. We only waited a few minutes for the transfer coach to arrive. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Found car park easily following directions from website,transport ready to take us to airport immediately and transfer took literally minutes. On return, less than 3 minutes wait at bus stop and car waiting for us at car park ,all at a very reasonable price. Will use again!

Having come across this parking facility on Google search, I was pleasantly surprised at how close they were to the airport, and even more surprising was the price..Really good value for money. The transfer couldn't have been easier complete with friendly staff to match, as for the directions they couldn't have been easier, however as I was coming from the North (A68) the written directions from this company were back to front and to the untrained eye were a bit confusing, however as I spoke to the manager about this he assured me this would be looked into. And I would definitely use this company again due to the efficient way it operates, so top marks everyone and many thanks..

Value for money and felt that my car was in good hands while I was on holiday.The young lady who transferred us to the airport even reminded us that we had left our suitcases in the boot of the car!We will certainly use Park & Fly again and will recommend them to others.

Excellent, reliable, timely service operated by friendly and helpful staff. I will choose this service above any other because they are trustworthy and they are very efficient: no time is wasted; no standing about in the cold waiting for buses. It's an ideal service and I would recommend it to my friends and family.
