I have used other Private Car Parks for storing my car whilst going on holiday and I would say that Purple Parking is definitely the best overall from past experience

after may times of parking at this place with no problems, this time we arrived back from our holliday in a downpour, thus not noticing a bad scratch on the front of our NEW car so not as pleased as we have been in the past.

We arrived about 10mins early but it was no problem and we were straight on a mini-bus to terminal 2. We got to check-in with loads of time to spare which was handy as there was a mistake on our tickets and we had to have them reprinted at the Viking desk. On our return at 4:30am! I rang the number given and was told the bus was dropping at terminal 1 and would be about 10mins. This suited my wife as she could have a couple of cigs after a 4hr plus check-in and flight! The bus arrived, the luggage was loaded by the driver and after a quick detour back to terminal 1 to pick-up another family, we were quickly back to the compound. Our car was waiting for us outside the barrier so we could get the cases in and straight off home. All in all an efficient well run service. Steve Clark.

Sat nav took us straight there which is really important when you have a flight to catch Well organised from the moment we drove in, seamless! Loaded our cases for us No waiting for the shuttle at either end of our holiday, in fact they had to wait for us Excellent value for money and would reccomend to anyone if you want all the above! on arrival at the site the reception took our booking details then allowed us into the site we parked the car and went on a bus waited for around 15 minutes for others to arrive then left the site, the driver was very nice very talkative. On the way back the transfer was waiting at the airport which meant no hanging around this driver was very grumpy never spoke at all, on arrival at the site we got given the keys to our car and away we went security was of the kind expected from the site.

transfer to the airport during the day was slow and staff uncommunicative- had fears of protracted wait on our return(3am) - driver picked us up swiftly, was friendly and extremely helpful- go figure!!

REceptionist so helpful- we decided to book hotel; she found telephone number and called them for us. When we were delayed due to volcanic ash, contacted Purple Parking and they cancelled hotel for us- all done in a friendly courteous way

Great value for money if booked through you. I have a privelege card for Autostrong which should give me discount but when i rang them it was £20 more than your price i will recommend gosimply to all my friends thanks.

got to carpark signed in got on bus waited 5mins then off took 10mins to airport. on return phoned the car park and by the time we got out side the bus was there. we were on t1 and went round to t2 to pick some one up no problem only took 2mins then 10mins and back to car the only fault is the people arnt very pleasant but for a 10min ride i can put up with a sulky person.and it was cheap only £23 for the week it would have cost us£60 in a taxi.

Driver on the way to the airport was speeding through narrow roads and built up areas. Staff not very friendly, but sorted missing booking (fortunately could proof my booking as I had confirmation print out with me) quickly.

I've used a few secure parkings over the years at Manchester airport or near but Purple Parking is the best I've used by far. I have no intentions of using any other company for this service in the future, Thank you for the peace-of-mind.

the actual service was fine and good value. the transfers were good apart from the fact that the company changed hands during our holiday and it was a bit confusing as we were not advised when we phoned to confirm our arrival back at manchester. we were therefore looking for autostrong vehicle when in fact the vehicle was now purple parking (the new company) and i feel that this should have been made clear. aside from this the only fly in the ointment was the very large slovenly receptionist who had absolutely no idea of customer relation and her attitude when we returned was not what one needed after a long flight. she was extremely rude! having said that i would use the company again

The site stated the transfer time to be about 10 minutes. Its a minimum of 15-20 mins. I was travelling to Terminal 1 and had to go to Terminal 2 first (was not told this until I got to the airport) - so transfer time was 35 minutes. On return from the time I called them to the time I was in my car was 1 hour. I won't be using this service again
