CCS Meet and Greet Parking reviews

This was the 2nd time we have used CCS Meet and Greet Parking and with three young children it is the most effective way to deal with the hassle of the car and getting everyone and everything to the terminal. Will definitely use again.

Very happy with the service here. We've used similar companies at other airports but not one at Luton previously. They answered the phone promptly, were waiting for us to take the car when we departed and were there again promptly on our return. Polite and helpful drivers. Good value too. Would happily recommend.

I called when I was 5 minutes away from Luton airport and was met promptly at the drop off point by a courteous agent. I was on my way quickly and in the terminal within minutes. On my return, after passing through customs, I called to say I had arrived and after a quick walk over to the pick up point, I was met with my car and travelling home. You have to pay £3.80 on your return to exit the short term car park but this is the same as every meet and greet company as far as I am aware. It is just the airport trying to make more money out of everyone. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall good. However could have been advised about trolleys as we had a lot of luggage and a buggy.

Had heard dire reports about Luton airport and parking generally, and was even more worried when the "Meet & Greet" service I had originally was cancelled (by order of airport authorities) and downgraded to "Park & Ride". However, everything went incredibly smoothly, and 5 minute transfers in both directions were "on demand". Friendly helpful drivers.

We waited over half an hour late at night for our car to arrive, after three phone calls it transpired they got us mixed up with somewone else, not good enough when you have two young children. Hardly meet & greet!!

Very pleased with prompt service both leaving the UK and returning. Will use again.
