Called as I was 10 minutes away from the airport, a very polite gentleman was there waiting to take the car away - all we had to do was walk straight into the terminal. Again, once we picked up our baggage on our return journey we only had a 5 minute wait. Excellent service all round!

Outwards the service worked perfectly well, although due to the numbers of cars dropping off, it was difficult to find a place to stop. Inwards we had to wait in the drop off area for the car to be returned for about 10 mins in the comparative cold of Luton. Maybe the contact times should be adjusted in favour of the customer?

This was the second time I have used the service. Both times it has gone like clockwork - and does just what it "says on the box". Friendly but efficient, well done!

On arrival, driver was cheerful and helpful, guided us into airport before taking car. On return, car was delivered within minutes in perfect condition. We drove off happily, leaving fellow passengers queuing in rain. Excellent service. Well worth the extra expense.

Excellent service. Waiting for us on arrival and arriving within 3 or 4 minutes of our call on our return, despite the heavy traffic. Well worth the extra few pounds.

No surprise to collection driver that lady who answered phone had failed to instigate collection on 1st call, arrived 5 mins after 2nd call made 20 mins after waiting in cold for non arrival of car, therefore as quick as getting bus to long term park.

The excellent service that was offered was surely met. We have used this service three times now at three different airports and received the same excellent treatment each time . Will use this service for every trip in the future. Thank You.

It is great to arrive, in our case at Luton, remove our baggage onto trolleys, we were two couples so the car was full, then for a pleasant young man to introduce himself, we gave him our confirmation slip, he told us not to worry and to enjoy our holiday. We watched him drive away, and it was a big relief not to have the worry of the car, we could now concentrate upon booking in to our flight. Great. The return pickup was just as efficient, we waited only two/three minutes at the pickup area before we saw the car, and were loading our baggage into the boot, it was nice that the car was warm and ready to go. Thank you and we shall not hesitate to recommend your service to our friends.

Although it seems a little more expensive than some of the alternatives, the convenience of walking into the departure terminal from the drop off point, especially when its raining, was great. We arrived back at midnight and it was raining again and all we had to do was push the luggage to the drop off point again and there was the car. Excellent Service!!

It takes time off your journey to have your car brought to you as soon as you arrive. We waited 5 mins after ringing to tell them we had arrived. I would use this service again - it was worth the money.

I thought the price was great considering the car parks where you have to get the bus from are more money. I used the meet and greet service - well worth the money.

I have a disabled mother who doesn't travel well and this service is just wonderful. They were waiting to take the car from us when we arrived at Luton and when we had collected our luggage and called them they were arriving at the drop off point the same time as us. It really makes a difference when you don't have to wait for courtesy buses and then travel around the car park looking for your car. I'd say it reduces the travelling time by at least 45 minutes each side. PERFECT!

Arrived early, but no problem with meeting at the airport. Great when returned to UK as flight landed at 2am - car arrived within minutes of leaving the terminal building.

When travelling to an airport that is not your usual choice, and there is someone there to guide you in and take your car away, the hassle of NOT looking for a car park/meter/trolley etc. etc., is worth paying the extra for. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service which takes some of the hassle out of the journey.

The telephone response was very efficient and the drivers very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the collection and release area ie the drop off point - this was too busy and would expect a separate area for this. Otherwise the service was fine.

I would recommend this service to others, especially if they have a long flight, and heavy bags to carry. Or just like the convenience of dropping the car by the airport door.

No waiting about, a very good efficient service, abd I will definitely use every time we fly from Luton.

I used the meet and greet service which was excellent. After ringing them on our approach to Luton Airport they arrived at the drop off point at the same time as us and on our return once again by the time we had walked out the Airport doors they were just arriving. Excellent timing with very efficient and couteous staff. I would certainly recommend Central Car Storage.

We used Meet and Greet which went very well. Only thing I would say is that when we arrived we had to wait about 5 mins for someone to arrive to take the car. Having used other suppliers at other airports we always find that the staff are waiting for us on arrival.
