Driver was waiting for us in the car park when we arrived, a quick and easy turn around. Would use everytime for airport parking

easily located in the short stay car park. driver courteous and thorough in checks. on return car arrived within 5 mins .

Excellent service, met on time and quick handover of car. Met from flight on return, all staff very polite and efficient, will use again.

I was a little apprehensive about booking the service but will not hesitate to book again. The service we experienced was spot on. The staff are very professional and the entire service certainly exceeded our expectations. It is a cost effective and hassle free way of parking and from now on will for me be the only way

We were contacted by phone before each appointment time, given precise and succint instructions to meet the driver, who was punctual, presentable and courteous. What more can you want?

As said above, the service offered made my journey to an other country much easier. The service provided was good and they were flexible to the change of the original arrival/departure time I'd given (I arrived 30 minutes earlier and departed 1 hour earlier). And the fact that the price they charge is sometimes less than an off-airport parking with a bus shuttle to the airport, is great. I recommend them to other fellow travelers.

I read that Drive Fly would phone me 30 minutes before I was due to meet them but instead I had a text after I started driving so had to pull over to read it. I was told I then had to phone Drive Fly so had to call them on the hard shoulder of the M1-not great. Apart from that I was pleased with the service. Staff were waiting for me and on return pulled up just as I arrived-perfect. Many thanks.

The whole thing worked like clockwork and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the unpleasant uphill treck from the parking area (it stinks of aviation fuel around there) to the terminal, but thats the fault of Luton Airport and not Drive Fly.

Great service - great customer service, they contacted me several times to confirm check in and everything went very smoothly. On returning to Luton again everything was great - car ready and waiting. Fantastic will use again next time we fly.

Luton Airport car-parking is a bit chaotic, and they now even charge a parking fee for the drop-off zone, but it was easy to find the Drive Fly staff, and they had the paperwork ready for me at drop off so it only took a minute. They were waiting for me when I got back, and although they say to be prepared to pay a small charge to exit the short-term carpark, there was nothing to pay, so a real bargain all round. Car was as expected.. YMMV but I'll happily use Drive Fly again

This is a great service, with the personnel helpful, punctual, courteous and doing everything promised. This is definitely the way forward as far as future visits to Luton airport goes - if only the airport could improve the route and walkway from the short-term car park to the terminal (currently a bit of a pig's ear) things would be even better.

Saves the time of going to an off site car park, booking in, waiting for a bus and then a bus journey to the terminal. On arrival the Drive Fly staff took my car immediately. On return the car pulled up in the parking area at the same time as me - Perfect !!

Good service - little waiting around and delivered car back efficiently following call on return. Only comment is car bonnet covered in muddy ? Cat footprints!

We had my 2 grandchildren 5and11 with us we were 20 mins away when we had a text to see if we were on time, we rang 10 mins from airport at 2.45am and when we arrived the greet and meet man was there, I said to my wife this is to good to be true bet something goes wrong . 2weeks later we arrived back at Luton as I was walking to the terminal a message welcoming back and call when we have all our luggage, 20 mins later I called and as we were entering the meet and greet car park our nissan was being driven into the car park, this was the best service we have had in years and will always book our car parking this way a big well done to you all a credit to your company

Very efficient and punctual - both departing and arriving. Have used this service many times and shall continue to do so.

Being the first time of traveling from luton we didnt have a clue about where it was or what to do.But upon arrival the service we received both on arrival and departing at end of our holiday was truly excellent and on that note i will say thanks guys and will definately reccomend you to our friends and family .
