The drop off point is not directly outside the terminal - which considering I had two bags and golf clubs was the whole reason for booking. Disappointing and the directions from the guy on the phone for drop off were poor.

Parking company contacted us to make sure we were on track, meeting was punctual, handover quick and efficient - within 5 minutes of arriving at the airport we were in the terminal heading for check-in. Our return was equally efficient, we phoned as agreed, arrived at the pick-up point and were on the way home within minutes. Shaved at least 25 minutes off our times in each direction had we opted for the transfer bus and not that much more expensive than Luton's car parks. Brilliant!

Cannot fault your excellent service. Would definately recommend you. Have never used meet and greet before but would not hesitate to call on you again in the future. Many thanks. Viv Jones

The actual entrance to the car park was a bit difficult to spot in the dark at 4.30 in the morning. We didn't like the way the car park attendants of the park we entered by mistake (right alongside the car park we were meant to go in) treated us as though we were a nuisance, as we had to back out again. However, the staff of the Meet and Greet service were very pleasant and we would certainly use the service again.

Drop off and collection took seconds - overall a good service which I would certainly use again.

Despite arriving at the exact minute specified in my booking, and telephoning ahead as instructed, no one met me for 15 minutes. on return, my car was not available and could not be found. The person the phone alleged it was my fault despite me, again, arriving at the precise minute specified on my booking. I was askerd "what airport are you at" among other questions on multiple calls, which was not reassuring. It would have been much quicker and cheaper to have just used the long stay car park due to this company's delay in colelcting and delivering my car.

Easy to park at the front, driver waiting to take car, prompt delivery on return - would recommened and will use again.

Quick and worth every penny more than the long stay car park. Car is dropped off and collected from short stay car park which is only a short walk to the airport.

i was met on my outbound journey at luton airport within 10 minutes of my phone call they directed me to the drop off zone the handover was very quick only a short walk to terminal on my arrival back to luton airport i rang as we left baggage reclaim and walked to the meet and greet area they were there in 2-3 minutes the handover was again quick the vehicle was unmarked they paid the carpark ticket while i loaded luggage i was very impressed and would highly recommend and i will be using for all my meet and greet in the future

Friendly and efficent service. My mind was put at ease by the fact of the mileage being noted when my car was handed over.So much less hassle to have meet n greet instead of dragging your luggage on a shuttle bus from a car park.

Clear instructions provided when booking. They contacted us on our way to confirm we were still on trackk. They were waiting for us at the airport and were very friendly and efficient. On our return we rang after we'd collected out luggage and they were there, ready and waiting, when we got outside. First class service and great value for money. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

When calling the company it was difficult to understand what was being said to me. On return we had to wait outside with no cover for around 10 minutes and I had telephoned after picking up luggage as requested.

Needed to change the arrangement - the office rang me and explained everything. At the airport, all worked well though it's a bit difficult to hear the other end's mobile when there is noise in the background... Would happily use again.

They called in advance as they said they would, checked car over, gave receipt for car, and car was already waiting in car park as we exited the terminal on return. Still a bit of a hike with luggage to/from the terminal (which is unavoidable given that you cannot drive up close to terminal building at Luton). Better signage to identify the meet & greet drop-off areas in the car park needed.

Only quibble was that you leave your car and pick it back up in the short term car park...so in reality there is no advantage taking this service UNLESS it is cheaper than short term parking. You have to park your car...wait and then wait and then walk to the terminal... Am I a sucker!?

I was unsure if this sort of arrangement would work , but it was suprisingly easy , as my flight came in very early in the morning it was a relief not to have to wait for a shuttle bus then try to find my car in the dark whilst feeling tired. I would certainly use it again

A simple and convenient system to drop off the car and collect. However to find that the car was left running burning fuel for over 20+mins, having to pay for parking on leaving and that the car had 3 miles more mileage than expected on the clock was worrying as I own a sports car.

Having misjudged the time and arrived 2 hours early the team were most helpful!

Collection was good, apart from me going into the wrong place at first, will know next time. All staff very courteous. We had to wait quite a while for collection, I have used various meet and greets at Gatwick and they are always there on time waiting for me. This is my first time at Luton, hopefully next time my car will be there on time. Thank you.
