The drop-off and pick-up were very quick and efficient. It was very helpful to have a designated drop-off/pick-up site at Luton, and the drivers were very prompt and pleasant. We generally use drop off services at all the airports and this was by far the best service. Thanks.

I shall certainly recommend Dry Fly Meet, and use them whenever I fly from Luton. An excellent service with very helpful operatives.

Due to severe weather conditions my car was a little late arriving back, but the man was so friendly and polite all was forgiven.

The driver was there when we arrived at the airport and was very courteous. When we got back he was there with a warm car that had been cleared of snow and provided us with a ticket to get out of the car park. (We had expected to pay!) Couldn't have been better.

With the phone call from the company as we set off to the airport confirming the drop off time etc. and the punctual collection and delivery of our car this has been the best Meet and Greet service I've used. Very competitive too.

Great service. Waited 2 mins max for both arrival and depart meet and greets (despite plane being late). Friendly people (who paid the exit fee) 5 mins easy walk to terminal. Highly recommended and will use again w/o thinking about it.

Great experience, very punctual, efficient and corteous. Didn't need to wait at all and my parking ticket was also paid :)

Good service & were very punctual. Although Luton Airport car parking facilities are a couple of minutes walk outside the terminal for drop off & pick up - but is a problem with the airport not parking company

Ok - my fault, went to the carpark before I phoned (but my mobile battery had ran out while I was away) - but one of the drivers lent me his phone. People have complained about the fact there's a walk to the terminal - true, but this is more of a Luton Airport problem than the fly-drive.

I have done this with other companies and ended up having to pay to get out of the car park, this time lost some luggage so took ages. Somehow they arranged it so I got out for free this time despite the delays on my part.

An excellent service it was easy to find and use and done quickly. Thank you

First time I have used a company like this and it was an excellent experience, arrived early and had to wait only 5 mins for te driver to arrive and take the car, plane was delayed by 4 hours on the way back an even though it was 3am the car was with me by the time I had collected my bags and made my way to the pick up point, can't speak highly enough of this service, will definitely be using again if needed

Drop off/pick up point is further away from terminal than at other airports, but I think this is due to the layout at Luton & not down to the parking company.

Drive Fly Meet and Greet experience was very good, I have used all airports for this service with different providers and these were as good its a shame that the airport lets their service down by only allowing them to collect and meet at the carpark which on this occassion both travelling out of the UK and into it was pooring rain and we got very wet getting into and out of the terminal. All other airports allow you to park under cover and next to the departure and arrival areas. Sadly this lets this service down.

Collection on time and delivery also there as we got to collection point thank you.

Horredous company, car returned covered in sand cement and scratched, no customer services still waiting for a manager to contact me ton discuss, strongly advise you don't use them!

We were met at the airport at the time arranged both on arrival and departure. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

It worked very well, as I had to travel with 2 young kids. Next time I'll use the same service.
