We were tremendously pleased with the service we received from Reeds. As soon as we arrived, we were taken to the airport. The same as soon as we landed on our return - just one call and within 10 minutes, we were picked up. We would highly recommend this service.

Reeds Service Park was the cheapest airport parking that I found and also the best, having used others in the past. They are a small set up which meant that we got personal service and felt confident in our car being looked after. The directions on the website were very clear and the transfer to the airport was very efficient. We were picked up very promptly on our return to the UK and I wouldn't hesitate in either using them again or recommending them to others

When arriving at the site my whole family wondered if our car would be there upon our return, as the area looked very run down and was not the best. The driver who took us to the airport was very polite punctual and drove us to the terminal safely, expalining where we would be collected upon our return. Upon our return our fight had been delayed but when I rang the number given the driver was already there and waiting for us. We loaded up and had a safe an comfortable ride back to the yard, the car was there ready and waiting. Other than the outward appearance the car parking was efficient and punctual a most professional unit, which I would recomend for terminal 4 & 5.

Parking is a bit away from terminal but the service is excellent and prompt.i would recommend to my friends n family.i will use it in future.price very competive.

As we approached the park the driver had the gates opening and showed us where to park. Our cases were then transferred to the coach and within minutes we were off to the airport. I have never experienced such a quick turn around and done so pleasantly so very early on a foggy morning! Our return was just as efficient - our driver was waiting for us as we left the terminal building.

We were taken quickly to the airport at the start of our journey. The driver gave us printed and verbal instructions about what to do on our return. On returning we waited a short time and were taken back to our car. We were happy with the service we received.

Evidently a small business operated by the people who own it. We found everyone we encountered very friendly and efficient and the transfers in both directions were prompt.

I left and got back at weird hours, but this didn't phase the drivers at all. Pick-up when we got back after a long flight was very fast- already waiting when we came out of the terminal. The drivers were super-helpful, courteous, and nice to chat to. Can't recommend this service enough.

VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL STAFF, I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS CAR PARK AS A VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

We parked the car in minutes, the transfers both ways were prompt and we were able to collect the car in minutes. The service was excellent.

Arrived there at 4am and man was waiting to take us, took us straight there within 15 mins right outside departures, when arrived called when collecting baggage to let them know we were there and bus was already waiting for us. Very efficient and friendly, not to mention great value, will def use again! :)

Arrived 3.00am,Driver stood outside waiting for us.Transfer was prompt & Driver friendly. On return rang for pick up & waited approx 10-15 mins.Was informed by Driver on return Journey that Car Interior Light had been left on & that they had jump started car for us. Overall very happy.

Booked at last minute and not used before but will definitely use in future. Both ways very friendly and helpful drivers

The drop off to the air port was good and efficient, however there was a 40 minute delay in picking us up from our return flight. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Experience when arriving at the site was great - straight in the bus and off to the terminal. However on returning at 7pm on a Friday, I called when we landed and again when I had my luggage (as requested on the first call). Then we had to wait 25 minutes before the bus arrived, then we made a detour to another terminal to pick up someone who didn't show up and finally back to the site. It took one hour between standing at the bus stop and getting back to my car. After a long day's travelling that is the last thing you want.

We were late geting there but they were waiting for us and we still caught out flight, very friendly and helpfull

The drivers who took me to and from the airport were courteous and friendly. They helped me with my luggage and gave me directions at the airport. I have used Reeds several times and always found the staff pleasant and helpfyl.

It is hard to fault the service. I would like to see a route to and from the M3 without having to join M25, but that may not be possible!

Although I arrived at Reed's far too early and my return flight was early, this dikd not faze the friendly man eho did the transfers. I recommend Reed's unreservedly.
