Excellent service. Very easy and efficient. Car waiting for us whern we came to the car park and car waitning for us on our return at the airport. Drivers very helpful and pleasant. Definately reccomend this car park. Very good value for money. Just one note of caution. The garage is off a narrow and long country road, the directions given are good, just keep going follow the directions carefully and you will find the garage.

when we arrived we were helped to unload car,taken straight to aiport no waiting,very friendly driver who helped load and unload the mini bus,on our return our bus was there when we had cleared customs and got our bags.exerlent service ,and the cheapest too.thanks.

Slightly surprised to find premises locked at 7-30am when we arrived [1/2 hour earlier than we'd expected to be there] but quick phone call and driver was with us within 5 minutes. On arrival back at Heathrow, driver had just left Terminal 4 when I rang but he turned back and we were back at Reeds within 15 minutes. Shall certainly recommend to friends.

Upon arrival at Reed service park, the driver was waiting for us, and the transfer to T5 only took 10 mins. When we arrived back at the airport after our trip, I called Reed when we were collecting our baggage, and a driver was waiting for us by the time we came out. The whole experience was completely hassle-free. Very impressed with the punctual, friendly service, and would definitely use again.

Very close to J13 on the M25 and just 10 minutes to Heathrow Terminal 5, very friendly staff and clean comfortable transfer vehicle, what more could you want.

Easy to locate with the help of our Sat Nav, about 10 mins from the Motorway and 10 mins from Terminal 5 on arrival. There was a Driver waiting for us on arrival to park and leave our car, we called them after our collection of luggage as advised, walked to the nominated Bus stop and the Driver arrived at the same time. Efficient service and would highly recommend to others. Well done for the customer service, a great experience with no hassle at all.

Our reserved space wa immediaately available and the driver was on hand to help us transfer our luggage and drive us to the airport. Similarly, on our reurn, a phone call brought the shuttle to us and took us back to our car without incident. Thanks very much

Leaving the car was fine - staff very helpful and friendly. Arrival at Heathrow was a long wait. we were told to ring from the bus stop but it was a 20 minute wait in the cold. Could have done with ringing from baggage collection. Driver did not speak.

Once we arrived at Reeds Service Park, the staff were all ready for us and transported us to the airport immediately. We were given all the instructions needed for our return journey and helped out with our luggage. When returning, we phoned the number and within 10 minutes, the van arrived. Nice friendly driver and arrived at our car, all ready at the front of the carpark for our return journey home. I would recommend using Reeds Service Park to anybody who wants a reliable, professional and friendly service without any hassle!

Well organised,courteous and efficient. Small-scale operation,so personal touch. Very pleasant to have no waiting,and to be in a small minibus. Really it was like a personalised service. All in all-I will always use them in the future.

The car park is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport but in reality does not take much longer than on-airport car parks. The staff are courteous and helpful. I have used this service twice - once in the day and once at night - and everything has worked like clockwork. I recommend this service.

Everything ran smooth. Was taken to airport terminal straight away. was picked up as needed when we phoned on arrivalback at airport. Our car was ready to drive away when we got back to the depot. Will definately use Reeds again.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, could not be faulted on customer service or attention to detail regarding our itinery. We loved the fact that the driver was waiting for us on our return to Heathrow after a 10 hour flight. Great value for money.

Our car was left at a village service station so we did not see the parking arrangements but it was waiting for us in the same place when we returned. The transfer arrangements were prompt and the driver was friendly and helpful. They even offered jumpleads to start the car if the battery was flat.

You get what you paid for - it is cheaper because it is not so convenient but the staff are friendly and the vehicle seems to be as securely parked as possible. Would I use it again - the answer is Yes!!

When I arrived the driver was waiting for me. He explained the whole process and was very friendly and accommodating. When I returned with my family, I called the number given to me and the driver answered after a few rings and arranged to picked us up, we waited no more than 10 minutes at the bus stop as directed. Will definitely recommend this service!
