One is always a little apprehensive of being on time and wondering what to do , where to go, well Purple parking took away all of that anxiety and made the process easy.

Used Purple Parking Business in Sept 2013. Booked online through gosimply.com. Everything worked as promised-quick tranfer into Heathrow and no waiting when we got back-perhaps they could teach the passport inspectors a thing or two! No problem recommending them.

Apart from 1 person at the check in window most of the rest of the staff actively ignored us or were surly. More interested in their own conversations. Transfer from time of parking took 35 minutes to T5! Journey in an uncomfortable minibus. Tried 3 times to get through to the number given for arrivals, each time put on hold and then cut off. I could go on but what's the point? I'll never use them again.

The Car Park was easy to find, and to navigate around. Clear and friendly instructions from staff made the whole transfer process simple and efficient. We were delivered to and from the airport almost immediately on arrival. On return to my vehicle, it had not been interfered with in any way. I will definitely use Purple Parking again.

Often I have a long wait for the return transfer but on this occasion the transfer bus was waiting at bus stop 22 as we emerged from the terminal so in the car and heading for the M4 in under an hour from touch down, pretty good

On our transfer back from the airport the driver impatiently overfilled the bus and left an old man standing up for his transfer back to the depot. I chose not to stand in the bus (for my own safety and for the safety of others) and so moved out to wait for the next bus, leaving my partner and my luggage to travel ahead. When I eventually arrived at the depot 20 mins later my partner was freezing cold, shivering and very uncomfortable having had to wait so long for me to catch up. Never mind the inconvenience and the discomfort to myself and my partner, I imagine travelling over-capacity and leaving an old man to stand in a transfer minibus is against health and safety regulations for this kind of operation. I advise against using this company if you value your own safety. There are plenty of other options.

Out bound leg of trip was very efficient. Booking in process was quick, transfer bus waiting and short journey time from park to terminal 5. What promised to be an excellent service was let down by return leg. I Phoned as instructed immediately on landing prior to luggage collection and clearing customs, made way to bus stop as quickly as possible but saw bus leave as I approached stop. Phoned again but had extended wait for next bus. Another group of people at bus step ahead of me had similar experience and phoned three times to progress pick up bus. Competitor car parking service picked up customers twice during this wait. Staff were not unhelpful but could have been more friendly

I can't imagine how my experience with this company could have been better, nor any easier. The internet booking form was simple and finding the place dropoff location was equally simple. The shuttle between the dropoff and the terminal was bang on time and to top it all the staff were all friendly and courteous. I'd recommend them highly to anyone!

Pulled straight into the car park entrance and was parked in a bay within a few minutes and then on a bus within another few minutes. Upon my return, I waited 5 mins and the bus arrived. No hassle.

The price for 2 days parking was reasonable and the arrival arrangements pretty painless. The weather was exceedingly hot and the transfer coaches would have benefitted from having their aircon on rather than off. It would also have helped if the driver had delivered us and the other passengers onboard to Terminal 1 as requested, rather than Terminal 3, requiring a rather longer and circuitous transfer than was necessary. The return transfer took some time too. It took 5 attempts to get through to the operater and then there was a lengthy wait in the sun for the bus - which when it arrived again did not have the benefit of aircon. Pick up of the car etc. thereafter was smooth and trouble free. So, overall, reasonable parking costs but could do better on transfers.

Return transfer: waited 45 mins at bus stop even though I had called ahead, and this for the 'business service'. When I got to the purple parking carpark the car was nowhere to be seen. Eventually someone tracked it down - I had not given them the security code (I hadn't been asked for it and, not having used the service before wasn't aware that the cars were moved around). It turned out they had pushed it into an obscure corner and forgotten about it...

i was cheated by fhr who took payment plus a premium. they then claimed this was because a junior staff attended to my booking. please stop using them as i wasted £3 on the premium paid to them.

The checking in was very efficient. I dropped of my car and walked 20m to a minibus that departed immediately for the airport. On return I stepped out of the terminal right onto another minibus and was straight back to parking facility where my keys were delivered straight away. Having been less than impressed with other off site parking I was pleasantly surprised by the purple parking experience. I will make use of them again.

I thought it would be prohibitively expensive to park at Heathrow for three weeks, or that we'd have to wait far too long for a transfer between the airport and a dismal bit of wasteland somewhere. Instead there's a waiting room at the Purple Business multi-storey car park just off a reasonably pleasant dual carriageway that makes up part of the airport hotel district; car check-in and collect is punctual and efficient. I phoned, as instructed, as we reached the baggage carousel, was told exactly which bus stop to go to. We were picked up within ten minutes of retrieving our suitcases. We'd been on the road for almost 24 hours by then, and I had my 11-year-old with me, so this prompt service made all the difference to us. And all for about half the cost of the train and tube tickets we'd have had to buy if we'd done it by public transport. Actually, with a midday Sunday departure, I think we would have had to add a night in a hotel rather than risk wrangling with the railways on a Sunday. A really excellent, affordable service, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The lady who answered my call when we got back didn't sigh even a little bit when I admitted that I'd lost my booking reference number...

This was quite a late booking and I needed a secure car park close to the airport. A very early arrival (4am) for a very early flight was needed. After an hours drive I was greeted at the window of the car park attendant with the suggestion that I should be at their other site (although my booking was for this one). I was given the smallest map ever to try to find the other site and couldn't even read it. I really wasn't happy and insisted that this was the location I had paid for. The attendant eventually changed whatever it was that his screen said and I was allowed to leave my car there. A good location and fairly simple transfer, but it lacks finesse and a happy customer culture. Staff seemed surly and almost disinterested.

On returning to Heathrow the number given to call on return was dialled and took 10 attempts to get through. Arrived at bus stop 22 with the case and driver of bus parked there told us we needed a silver bus to get to our car park. A silver bus drove past with nobody in it but did not stop. Eventually a reserve bus arrived with no trailer this meant only a few people could be picked up, luckily I was one of them, the remaining people were left waiting for another bus. Whole process took around 30 minutes before we moved from bus stop. Not up to normal standard
