Basically good. The only negative point is small parking space. It made me feel a bit anxious someone might hit my car during parking.

So simple, easy and cheap, no queues very close to terminal. Quite brilliant especially the prepaid service

We parked and a bus to the terminal was there within a few minutes. On returning the Bus stop being immediately outside the terminal entrance allowed us to make our way back to the car very quickly. All round excellent service we will use this facility again

Booking in advance, effective and prompt transers,meant this was a cost effective alternative to a taxi

Very helpful staff. I booked and paid in advance for two weeks, but was taken ill and could not get back. One phone call and I was able to extend the booking and payment and so I had no more worries. The car park control staff were very helpful and polite when I was finally able to collect my car and leave. Easy to find the car park and the security looks good. I would happily use again! Arrrived and let in without any problems because my car registration was read. parked near the bus stop as there were plenty of spaces, waited 5 Mins for a bus to arrive, the driver helped with one of the larger cases and told us to make sure we wrote down the parking area for our return as its a big car park. Signs in the airport aren't very clear as to where the bus pick-up is on our return, but again within 5 mins a bus arrived. Again no problems on exit.

Car Park easy to find and well signed. Transfer to terminal was fast and efficient. Bus was waiting on my return taking me straight to my car. Could not have asked for a better service.

I normally don't write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received that I had to write this. I booked my airport parking back in August. However, the day before I was due to go on holiday, when I was checking in on-line, I found that I had booked the wrong car park!! Anyway, I phone up customer services and I was pleasantly surprised by how simply it was to change my booking. They were extremely friend and helpful. I highly recommend them. The overall experience was so good, quick and painless transfers, well lit carpark, what more can you want!! Thanks a lot.

Okay, so you pay a bit more for the privilege of on-airport parking, but it's worth it. I've tried off-site parking and meet-and-greet, and they're a bit hit-and-miss. There's no need to call anybody when you land, you're not at the mercy of traffic conditions and you don't face a 20-minute trip to some compound in darkest Hounslow to get to your car. Get through customs, walk out to the bus stop, wait a few minutes and 10 minutes later you're in your car and away. A no-brainer in my book.

Easy,secure and convenient. Regular bus to the terminal with helpful and friendly drivers.

This car park is 4 mins drive from Terminal 4. The transfer buses are frequent and not crowded! In fact, we were the only people on the bus. I didn't need to check in but just used the ticket. So much easier than other car parks I've used. It may have cost slightly more but well worth it.

Terminal 4 buses are clean and come frequently. The service was excellent and I went from my car to the terminal in only a few minutes. It was the same good service upon my return. Excellent.

When I put my ticket in the barrier at the exit it requested a charge a lot higher than what I had pre-paid. I had to go to Customer Service point and they validated the ticket... it would have been great to have driven straight off and home without having to sort this out.

This was the first time l had used terminal 4. I normally us 123 terminal. I found finding the car park very easy from the instructions on the paper work l received at the time when booking. It was the fasting pick up and delivery to any terminals l have used. Pick up from the terminal back to the airport was again very quick. Overall the service from booking to finding the car park to transfers to the terminal and back to car park was first class. Will be recommending to all friends and family

Everything went smoothly. I had no delays waiting for the bus and I was very happy at the end. If only it could have some tents to cover the cars and protect them from rain/dust/leaves etc as my car needed a proper car wash afterwards.

The small collection bus meant that only 6 people were allowed on - as number 7, we had to wait the extra 5 minutes. Not a huge issue, but not ideal.
