Wow, Wow,Wow... By far the best for Airport Parking. Secure, Simple, Fantastic Staff. Couldn't believe the Transfers, the driver stopped for us to pop on right outside our car and dropped us off there too. They exceeded my exprctations, going above and beyond. 5 Star Service. Thank You

Overall good. The downsides awere that it was a little difficult to get the luggage on the coach and lift it to the upper luggage level. Lower level was full. It was also hard to find my car on return as the lighting/ signage were not wonderful.

As travelling on my own with a two year old the drivers we're extremely helpful and curtuous. As they physically got off to help customers. The bus were prompt I practical had no waiting time due to frequency

We arrived back at 23:00 on MOnday night and eager to get home. The bus pulled up 1 min after arriving at the bus stop and he didn't hesitate to take us to the car park. Even stopped to pick up a couple who were just coming out of the airport building which was nice of him.

I was travelling with a child and both drivers were very friendly and helpful. If I travelled more from T4 I would def use more frequently.

Staff excellent but had a problem with the correct pickup point on leaving the terminal. It wasn't where you said it was!

Even though I lost my ticket and parked in the wrong car park the staff were very helpful and courteous and sorted out another difficult travellers problems immediately. I will use them again, many thanks colin

The car park is easy to find with directions given and when you arrive your number plate is scanned to check you have pre booked. We found this really efficient however a few other cars had trouble getting through the barriers. My only complaint would be that there is no-one to direct you where to park so we did drive around for a while to find a space. The car park is huge so make sure you take note of which bay you are in. The porters on the buses were extremely helpful however they are minibuses so can only take about 10 people at a time. This was more of a problem coming back as we had to wait until 3 buses had already picked up their quota. The buses were very frequent though and we didn't have to wait too long. I would recommend this parking to anybody flying from Heathrow.

The staff were cheerful and helpful, transfers were very fast and frequent and it was very close to the terminal. I was impressed.

The wrong bus stop number shown on letter for transfer from term 4 to car park ie 23!!! And not 3 which caused me some problem as no one to ask.

Very easy to find, even without SATNav, as clear instructions emailed. Bus drove to my car and was helped with luggage, as was great as I was travelling alone. Driver and a member of staff were on the bus. Both were very friendly and we were given very clear instructions on location of Departures & return bus stop. I would certainly use again.

Easy to find, Easy to use. Never had to wait for a bus transfer (even on returning to the car having forgot something!) Bus drivers very helpful. Would certainly use again.

Very easy to find. Very efficient to enter. Booking ahead online made the entry and departure from the park very quick. Easy to get back on the M25. I will definitely use again if leaving from Terminal 4

The customer service was second to none - the driver (s) on both occasions came to the car and picked us up/ dropped us off were very helpful and very polite. The only one down side would be the size of the spaces - very tight.

On two occasions when I've left the car park, the machine has tried to charge me full cost parking. One both occasions the customer care struggled to call up the booking to amend. But, the cost saving more than makes up for the inconvenience. You do need to remember to go to customer services and not to a machine should your car not automatically recognise you've prepaid.

Spaces are large and no trouble finding an empty one. Staff helpful, bus there waiting both going and on return.

What more could I ask for, buses clean and frequent, very friendly and helpful staff in safe and well lit parking area. Peace of mind can not be better !!

Much better value than equivalent parking at Gatwick. This will influence my choice of airport for future overseas trips.
