We were redirected to the Business Car park near terminal 4 and were given a map. This was literally two minutes from the airport so was very convenient. We also waited no time at all for the shuttle bus - a really great service - thanks.

The waiting room is worse than a student squat - filthy and shabby. I would wait in your own car! Transfer times to airport are pretty poor compared to other operators as they only have ONE transfer bus. I had to wait for 15 minutes for transfer to the airport (even though I was the only person there at 3am). Return transfer was shambolic - I had to wait for 35 minutes at 11pm. During that time four Purple parking transfer vans went past and there was no congestion on the roads. The controller had no clue where his driver was and kept giving excuses on why he was late. Really bad service. I won't be using them again unless I'm really desperate.

Having driven to the car park we were told that due to a staff shortage they could not take us to terminal 4 so were told to park at business parking for same price. The directions were not very good however once there it was excellent.

i had arrived in good time to park my car, however the parking lot was full and therefore was dicrected to park in the 'park and fly' area nearer the airport. this had made me late for the flight due to the delay and very long queue at the desk however i managed to catch my flight in the nick of time.

the car park is full of pot holes and when we arrived and left it had been raining, so they were full of mud and water and not easy to get your cases out of your car and drag them accross the ground to get onto the coach. When I picked my car up the drivers side floor was covered in dirt & mud. Good position of car park for people travelling to Heathrow from West or South, and only 10 mins transfer time.

check in and collection was efficient. No delays or undue overhead. Transport to terminal was also efficient and pick up was excellent. On time with no delay, despite my flight being 9 hours late. would use this service again

I like Economy Parking because it very close to the M25. The facility is not too large and the staff are helpful. The only real problem is the transfer - one can hang-around quite a long time for the pick-up from the airport terminals.

You get what you pay for. Nothing in the experience put me off using them again, but nothing made me want to use them again. If they're the cheapest next time I book (and they were this time by a considerable margin) I'll use them, if not, there are plenty of other places with better attitude and facilities.

Need to improve the pick up times...give realistic times rather than what you think we may want to hear. We ended up waiting outside in the cold for 15 - 20 mins when if we had been told it was going to be 30 mins we could have stayed in the terminal until nearer the pick up time. Other than that this is reasonably good value. Car always comes back dirty - but that is due to location of the car park to other industries. You pay your money you takes your choice!!

When I arrived at Economy Parking I was told that I ahd been upgraded to Terminal 4 Business Parking. I did therefore get a much closer and possibly better parking facility. the only down side was tha tI ahd to spend even more time driving to this second parking facility. however on the way back it was, of course, fantastic to be parking more or less outside the Terminal building.

On arriving the car park was full so we were upgraded to the business car park at terminal 4 Heathrow. The transfer was simple efficient and went without hitch. Will use you again

The car park we booked into was already full and we were diverted to another, which was in fact much better. I would, however, have preferred to be pre-warned.

On the whole you were value for money and the driver was very helpful. Also help was at hand on our return as our car battery was flat and this was quickly rectified.

Very easy to find, check in was easy but staff were not very helpful, we had to stand around in the cold when we could very easily have waited on the bus. Transfer was qick to Terminal 3 but coming back we had to walk to Terminal 2 which was a long way especially afer a long flight. The return driver was very surly and unfriendly.

I hadn't used this car park before as most of my flights are out of Gatwick and I have to say my heart sank when I got there.Very amateurish arrival area with conflicting signs but the staff were pleasant and helpful. I will only use this one again when I know it has a solid surface. I imagine it's a bit of a nightmare after heavy rains.

We arrived at the economy parking and were upgraded to Business economy. This car park was excellenty. Close to terminal with good and regular shuttle - can't complain.

Overall very happy with the service for the money. Only downsides are the standard of the coaches and the parking surface left the car filthy, but for the money I can accept these small shortcomings.

I was not sure if my car would be there on my return. Booking etc was easy but when I turned up I was really shocked at the state of the car park. It looked like a diserted site now being used to make money. The surface of the car park was gravel and pot holes. It just seemed like an unofficial site. Friendly staff though, efficient and good pick up/drop offs.

The transfers were prompt, but I felt uncomfortable with drivers using walkie talkies whilst driving. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the other hand I had to phone from overseas to enquire about something, and the person who took my call could not understand English. The location is great for the M25 coming from the south and west. Unfortunately though it is right next to an aggregates yard or similar, and so the car was covered in dust when I collected it; visibility through the windows affected because they were so filthy.

It took 32 minutes from booking in to getting to the airport. I missed my flight by 2 minutes. The staff are not friendly, transfers are long (due to location) and in the evening it takes 25 minutes from phoning to the bus arriving, then we went to terminal 2 a well.
