Poor English of car park staff. Return transfer left without us - not enough time allowed for us to get from T3 to T2. Driver said 'You didn't turn up'! We'd phoned for the transfer as directed - where did he suppose we had gone/ Did he assume we didn't want to return to our car?? Very poor shambolic service. Key fob removed from my key - why? Not their property. Had I not noticed I would have left without it.

The site, facilities and transfer bus are all down-at -heel and your car will be dusty on return in dry weather. However, nothing was amiss and you get what you pay for.

Staff very hard to understand and not at all helpful. No clear signs to where to park and very poor lighting on return, late at night. Poor and dirty conditition of minibus. Will not use again.

although it looks a bit shabby service was ok. its the second time i have used this caa park and have not had any problems. it is easy to use and reasonably close to the airport and also cheap for last minute bookings.

The car park entrance is confusing "No Entry signs" at the entrance, we ended up entering in what I now assume was the exit, same gate but took a left. Collection time was 25 mins from ringing in at around 0700hrs. However, generally OK and staff polite.

This was our second time in this car park. It's easily the most convenient from M25 clockwise and is relatively cheap. We arrived at 4.30 am and the mini bus left immediately. No waiting at all. On our return I phoned when we'd gone through customs. I was told we'd be picked up in 10-15 mins. The bus actually arrived only 5 mins later. We picked up 2 more people from another terminal and then returned to the car park, where the bus driver unloaded our bags for us. Our car was very dusty, but we expected that. Would certainly use this carpark again. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Rude staff appeared to consider that the business should be operated for their convenience. Bus driver sat in his seat while I struggled with heavy suitcases.

Was perfect, was met on arrival to the car park straight away, to take us to the terminal, called on arrival back and was met outside arrivals within 10mins. Excellent

as it was raining the parking area around office/cabin was muddy and cars awaiting collection parked in puddles you should consider enlarging hard stand area

If money is short and you have plenty of patience, this is the ideal place. I usually find that the transfer to the terminal is fairly quick but when calling for the return trip I often wait over 30 minutes before the bus arrives and then it may need to tour other terminals before returning to the carpark. An hour from phone call to carpark is not unusual. On the positive side, the carpark is no more than 2 minutes from the M25 and avoids the queues between M4 and M40. Over all, this is still my Heathrow carpark of choice.

Place was easy enough to find but it does look quite "dodgy" when you drive in compared to your normal long stay airport parking ! However we were given an "upgrade" to go down the road and park at terminal 4 business parking which was really good. Transfer took about 5 mins and evrything was great. Not sure how it may have been at the original spot, it didn't look that good on first impression.

The transfer to terminal was spot on, but arriving back and landing at T3 we had to make our way to T2 bus stop eight. My wife does not walk too well and therefore found this part very difficult with two suitcases and hand luggage. But on the whole, your staff were friendly and approachable.

This was the second time we have used this car park and found it extremely convenient. Very friendly staff and very little hanging round waiting for transport to and from the airport.

Parking surface very rough and the car was filthy when we returned. We had to find the car in the car park, it wasn't returned to us at reception. One member of staff was very helpful and polite.

On arrival at the car park I was told that I had to go to another site. Although I was not particularly happy about this at the time as I am not familiar with the area I was given clear directions and it turned out well as we were directed to the T4 business parking site and were not charged any more even though it was closer to the airport and significantly more secure.

Although this car parking is quite cheap - next time we will pay more to use another company. The staff seem unhappy, the shuttle is a nightmare to find if you are arriving at Terminal 3 as we did and neither the paperwork nor the staff offer much help. The whole setup just felt downmarket and edgy. Last time we travelled from Gatwick and we used Cophall Farm parking for about the same price (we found both through internet search). That was excellent and we will enthusiastically use it again - but we can't say the same about Economy Parking. I think whoever owns Economy Parking should contact Cophall Farm and try to take on board some of their good practice.

Attendant said they were 'having problems' and redirected me to the Business Parking near T4. Was a bit concerned at first but the car park he sent us to was an airport car park closer to our terminal and no problems on pick up regarding charges, etc so it actually turned out better

had to walk to terminal 2 from terinal 3 only told this when parking car when we arrived at term 2 there wereto many people for bus had to wait for another will not use again

I would probably use them again,especially if they came out that much cheaper than the rest.I didn't think they needed to alter my driving seat position as much as they did,just to park it,it took a couple of days getting in and out to get it right...But that's me?

Everything worked well, the staff knew we were coming, and we were transferred quickly. When we returned we were collected within 5 min, the car was ready, and we were on our way without delay. Very good service.
