This was the first time we had used this company. We arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated but this was no problem, we telephoned and the gentleman I spoke to was most helpful. He met us at the rearranged time. On return, again the car was returned at the time we were told when we phoned to say we had collected out bags. The service was exactly as described.

Booking was easy and straightforward. Car was collected on the day of departure very promptly and delivered as quickly as could be expected when I got home. All staff were courteous and helpful. Might help to have a map of the pick-up spot rather than rely on telephone instructions when you've just got off a long flight.

The only comment I would make was that because BAA have changed the fact that you cannot collect the car at the drop off area - but have to go into the carpark - you need to really highlight this when people are booking the service. I missed this point and didn't read the return card properly - because I use this service a lot and just assumed that it would be the same. This resulted in me hanging around the drop off area for ages and the poor guy returning the car hanging around the carpark unnecessarily - resulting in him having to send me a text. I then actually had ome difficulty finding the actual car park.

Very good. Had a phone 20 minutes before drop off to check I was on time, also driver turned up on time for return journey. Very good.

Fantastic service & very helpful. Don't keep you waiting unlike some meet & greets!! The best is the drivers don't mess about with the settings... only a little thing but I hate having to reset the radio & heating after someone else has been in my car.

Second time we've used them as the first time worked so well. Everything went like clockwork - no waiting around and it costs less than any alternative means of travelling to and from the airport. Will use them again!

I was very impressed. There was somebody waiting for us at Heathrow both on our arrival and our return. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing price for excellent service.

Phoned the office at 4.45am to be met by a driver as arranged at Heathrow at 5am. Car was waiting for me 15mins after calling the office from luggage reclaim 7 days later. Cannot fault the service, nor price, which was comparable with airport parking fees alone. I will recommend Happy Days to all my colleagues and will definately use the service again.

I was a bit early for 5am meet at Heathrow but driver phoned to say she was on her way and arrived at the arranged time. I called after I had collected my luggage, my car arrived 15 minutes later. The last service I used took 45 minutes. I will definitely book Happy Days Meet and Greet again and recommend it to everyone else.

I was not able to call whilst driving to Heathrow (due to illegality) and phoned on arrival at the specified time. I called and was told they would be there in 10 minutes - actually it was 15. On my return, I called as I was leaving the plane - I got to the pick-up point 10 minutes later and still had to wait 10-15 minutes. For a true meet and greet, use Purple Parking - even offsite parking in the long term is quicker (and cheaper).

There were no problems with the collection of our car when we arrived at the airport, but, despite phoning as soon as we could, the delivery of our car to us when we returned was very slow.

Hi All, Be warned, these people are cowboys. I left my car for a long weekend and it was returned with the nearside scratched alone the whole length. They said they were not resposible for the damage !!! Will never use them again. If you do make sure you or they sign for the car and any damage that you may have BEFORE you hand over your keys. I didn't and am paying the price now.

I was particularly reassured to get a phone call from Happy Days while I was queuing to board my flight home. They had been unable to find the flight number that I had given listed and wanted to check that I was on my way. I had probably typed the wrong number but it was good to know that I was expected and that they were not just waiting for me to turn up.
