My general experience of Happy Days meet and Greet was very good and I did not have to wait at all when dropping off my car or on my return. However, my car was very dirty inside with huge muddy footprints in the footwell ofevery seat.

This is the first time we used a Meet and Greet Service and would highly recommend to anyone to use it. The company were efficient, professional from start to finish. It took the stress out of Airport parking.

There was a short wait for collection, but it was 5am! They were waiting for us on return. Very helpful when I needed to amend my booking.

I arrived early for the drop off at terminal 4, not expecting them to arrange a driver straight away, but they turned round and had a driver there in under 5 minutes, on my return, their phone lines where busy, they took a voice mail, phoned me back in under 2 minutes, and where there ready to hand over my car by the time I went to the pre-arrange pick up point. Faultless, and the best value for money on my search for a meet and greet.

Not clear where to go when leaving car. Rep friendly but a few minutes late. On return some confusion as LHR staff did not seem to know the firm, and we were told Campari 3 and level 3 , which was wrong. ... Level 1. Was the corre t one. Overall good but some tightening up needed. Michael. bloxham

Overall, an acceptable service with the following criticisms: 1. When the driver collected the vehicle, I asked him which company he represented - to be sure of his identity - to which he replied with the question "What company did you book with?". That was not what I expected! He offered no ID and just stood by the car, expecting to take it without even identifying himself! 2. When the vehicle was returned, it took nearly 30 minutes from calling after baggage collection. It had been explained that due to a traffic problem, it would take 20 minutes, but for it to take 50% longer than this without an explanatory phone call after 20 minutes and having to wait in the freezing cold was not a good experience. As the company had the flight number and knew there was a traffic delay, it could have despatched its driver when it knew the plane had landed or that baggage was in the hall.

On arrival at the airport, met immediately by the driver, and on our way in no time. However, when returning, had to wait an hour for my car. Rang the main office 3 times to find out; promised they would ring me back, but never did. Claimed an accident outside their yard was the cause of the delay, but didn't ring to advise me despite my 3 calls

All was great on the way out. However, on our return the driver told us that we need to pay for the parking ticket ourselves. This was confirmed by the company operator on a phone, too. OK, this is "only" £2.80 but in my view is completely unacceptable and constitutes a breach of contract. I'll never trust this company again and will take my business elsewhere.

The driver was 15 mins late to pick the car and then 30 mins late to drop off the car and with no explanation on why he was late!

The driver was punctual both on arrival and departure and this was a good option for saving time at the airport after a long flight; good value for money. However, it took 3 attempts to get through to alert them we were 15 minutes away, the driver did not give clear instructions as to which floor of the car park he was on (hence a lot of driving round a multi storey) and he did not offer to help get my cases out of the boot, which might have been nice. I would probably use them again but a little more customer service and a few smiles would be nice.
