Great service, much more effcient than the Airport check in - well organised, clean and tidy. Felt very confident that my car would be safe and it was!

Have used this before and would not use it again if we were not happy with it. Only quibble is you have to get the car yourself as it isn't brought to the front,not a big deal but not so good if it's wet or snowing!!!

Map to the drop off point could have explained that the distance from the 1st mini rounabout and the 2nd was about 1 mile, I was just about to turn back and ask for directions at the BP garage when I decided to keep going and found it no bother after that. This was the only negative point I had.

Everything was very good except when we arrived back from our journey to collect our car. I previously remember Flying Scot having the car ready at the entrance so we load up and drive off. This time we were handed the keys and told the car was in a particular parking row and we had to find the car ourselves. In this case it was only a couple of hundred yards away and fortunately the weather was fine. You would get very wet if your car was at the other end of the carpark and it was raining. I suspect Flying Scot were cutting down on costs. I will think again before using them another time.

The parking is great value for money, I picked Flying Scot car park which is my favourite as they offer a car wash, wax and hoover service which is handy!

Straightforward dropping off car and transfer to airport. On return no room on the waiting minibus, told by the driver that the other minibus would arrive shortly. Waited 20 mins for next bus.

I was greeted by name, bureacracy was minimal, bus was waiting to take us to terminal immediately. On return, bus was waiting at terminal and departed almost as soon as we got on. Car was recovered, loaded and under way within a few minutes of arrival. Security looked good. We've used Flying Scot before at Edinburgh and Glasgow and will certainly use them again.

Very easy to find, only a couple of minutes from airport, staff very friendly and helpful, very quick to come and pick us up when we came home, very secure parking area, I would not hesitate to use Flying Scot again, and would definitely recommend using this company.

Free phones at terminal not working, and pay phones did not recognisethe number we were told to call. It would have been helpful if the car park staff had told us this beforehand, instead of having to find out at midnight on a chilly very wet night. Goodbye Flying Scot!!

Was travelling alone, normally use with husband, so a bit on edge finding, etc. But all went without a hitch, met personally on arrival, had pre-booked / paid etc so no hold ups at all. Long flight back, but no time wasted getting transfered to car park for quick pick up, very impressive service.

All the staff on duty were helpful to the point of drawing a detailed map so that we could find somewhere to eat. I will use these people again without hesitation, and no, they are not paying me to write this! They are by no means a back street operation, being very professional and having time for their customers.

From the start of our holiday to the finish we were transferred to and from the airport with ease. The company were prompt in delivery of their service and I would certainly recommend the company and will use it again in September when we have our main holiday.

Waiting at airport for two further passengers when pick up had been agreed, 6 people, this caused further travel delays as our flight had already been 2 hours late on arrival. Not driver's fault, he was doing as he was told by control. Can see no reason for this as they have 2 buses.

The staff at the secure parking were very helpful and cheery, just what you want to see before you go on holiday. Not like some other airport parking where most drivers are crabbitt and not very well presented overall. Superb customer service and very easy; will use flying scot again.

The booking process is user friendly and informative. Apart from the directions being slightly misleading - (we ended up at Abbotsinch Car Park!!, the service was efficient, friendly and overall excellent value for money in comparison with competitors.

Would have preferred to have had my initial phone call re pick up accepted, while I collected baggage, rather than have to wait till after baggage reclaimed. After all, by the time the bus arrives from Paisley, baggage has long since been reclaimed!!

Office staff cheery and very helpful mini bus drivers helpful putting cases on bus for you we just had to get on bus to airport and the same on the way back from holiday will use again thanks for a reliable good value safe service thanks

Clear Directions to parking very secure, very helpful when we arrived, and we were at airport within min's of dropping of the car, same on way back bus waiting within min back in car heading home thanks, and very cheap just over £15 quid for a week excellent value for money cheaper than return taxi from Glasgow.

This is the second time I have used Flying Scot Glasgow. The check-in and check-out is quick and easy, and the transfers to and from the airport were fast and comfortable. I have recommended Flying Scot Glasgow to friends and family and no-one has been disappointed. A 5-star service!

i parked up two cars and there was eight of us.we were taken to the airport immediately after a speedy book in. when we arrived back at the at the airport there was not enough room on the bus for the eight of us and they supplied another bus within a matter of three minutes very apreciated when i had both children and very elderly people as passengers. thanks again i will definately use this service again
