A must if you need car parking close at hand with friendly very helpful staff. We had a slow puncture and we returned to a flat tyre. No problem for them, help was at hand, thanks to all!

Return journey minibus transfer - we were taken to wrong carpark. Apparently a sister company using same buses. Confusing to say the least. I believe we were not alone in being caught out like this. Room for improvement!

This service was only marginally cheaper than some of the other airport carparks but the service fell way short of realistic expectations. On arriving back late at night in the dark, no attempt was made by the staff to help locate the car and we resorted to wandering around by ourselves to find the car -- previous experience of similar car parks was such that on return the car was at the reception area with the engine running and we and our luggage were then dropped off right at the car with no need to wait or to transfer our luggage and tired children to another point. Very poor service in rather bleak surroundings- we will not be using them again.

Reception is housed in big old building, staff in reception are friendly. You leave car and keys at reception and on return you pick up keys and are given vague directions to find car in car park. Bus drivers do lift cases on/off bus but not friendly. On return, waiting time for bus was at 25 minutes from phone call. Won't use this company again, but would recommend simplyparking.co.uk.

It was a very pleasant experience, hassle free, and I shall definitely use them again.

I had to drag my suitcase approx 100 yards across pot holes and rough ground to where my car was parked. I pity the people whose cars are much further.

Very close to airport. After 2 weeks the car was very dirty, caused by being parked under a tree all the time. The year prior I had car washed prior to my arrival but very poor wash it was so i did not bother this year.

Leaflet giving details of all services could have been sent out before travelling, car wash, etc not issued after holiday.

I have used them before and would probably use them again. I like the fact they are so close to the airport, easy to find and easy access to the motorway.

Flying scot were very slow to pick up from the airport as we waited about 15 minutes outside (20 mins from phone call). They also did not bring a big enough bus to collect everyone that was waiting, so others had to wait longer.

Overall an excellent service which we have used many times. We also tried the full valet service that Flying Scot Glasgow offered and can certainly recommend it. The bus drivers are very obliging and you rarely wait more than a couple of minutes for a transfer.

The staff were excellent both parking and on collection. The facility is very close to Glasgow airport making it the best off airport car park.

Quite happy with the service we recieved. I will point out that when people phone on arriving in the UK, the person on the phone needs to be more explicit as to where the bus stances are, otherwise the service is spot on.
