Followed directions to site,checked in ,got info for return, loaded gear on bus,dropped off at airport no problem.On return rang office,two buses arrived within ten minutes, loaded gear, returned to site .Told location of car [wrong] but fortunatly saw car so didnt waste time searching for it, loaded, car drove off! Hassle free parking experience, will use again

Portakabin fine for reporting in but our luggage lay outside in bad weather while husband located car and drove round, two people with two cases and two sets of golf clubs....not really anything other than a covered area could improve...staff were very friendly and efficient and I would recommend them to others.

when we got back to Glasgow on the 5th of Jan it was min6 and we had to wait 40min outside Glasgow airport for transfer bus all other companies were up and down two or three times to get there customers

Staff all very pleasant and no difficulties at all about our late return due to missed flight. In struction and signs to find carpark in dark could be more helpful, eg distance to the T junction could be specified.

never used airport parking before excellant service staff friendly enough telephoned on arrival and bus was there promptly would have liked it if they had scraped the ice of my car on return haha overall couldn't fault them will use again

I thought that the service i received was first class. No problem booking online, arriving or picking up the car at the end of my trip. Also, less than a 10 minute wait from when i collected my luggage till i was picked up. Def recommend this company again.

Apart from the car wash not being done on day of arrival and the car being iced up, I would rate this car park as my 1st option when I travel again.

No problems were experienced, however a suggestion would have been to de-ice the car before the guests arrive to collect there car, however the value for money was excellent

The transfers between the car park and airport and vice versa were prompt and the drivers very helpful, All the staff at flying scott were curtious and polite.

I like the extra security barrier you have to use both on entry and on exit, gives that extra piece of mind. On returning from our trip we seemed to wait a little longer than necessary for a party who had not telephoned the office to say they had returned. When you arrive back home, you just want to get home, we had 2 hours to drive, so waiting around was not the best, if another van/vehicle was used to ferry people back and forth would be useful, but may have added to the running costs of the secure park.

I have used Flying Scot car parks before both in Edinburgh and Glasgow and always found them to be close to the airport with good transport links and friendly helpful staff. If there was a downpoint it would be the difference in cost for the sake of 1 hour into another day.

On arrival to leave the car - very good. Takes the stress out of travelling. However on arriving back at airport we had to wait along with a number of other people for around 30 minutes before we were picked up. We think that is because they waited to bring customers to the airport. this is not how it should be.

The coach was waiting for us on our return to the UK and took us to the car park the service was second to none thank you

The directions were simple and easy to understand. Staff were efficient. All my requirements were met

Would definately use this company again, they were fantastic. We didn't have any waiting around whatsoever and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We arrived in the middle of the night and were transferred straightaway to the coach for the airport. When we returned the coach was already there. Minimum fuss, minimum hassle - will use them again.

no problems getting booked in bus was there waiting you dont need to touch the luggage at any time.when we arrived back bus was again waiting on us. only problem encountered was that you are dropped off at the furthest away point from terminal 2 but this is the same with all the other buses as no one is allowed to park near t.2. It is some distance to walk if you are slightly disabled.

Arrived following the directions and found it easily. Booked in at reception, I wasn't going to bother with a valet service but decided to take their mini valet at about £20 and it was value for money! When I arrived back from our holiday we had a 5 min wait for the bus then a smooth and efficient key return. Car was spotless, smelling lovely and sparkling in and out!

I have used this service several times and would reccommend it to others. Customer service was 2nd to none and it was excellent value for money. the transfers to and from the airport were excellent. I can't fault the service at all and i wouldn't park with anyone else. Keep up the good work.
