I have booked with Flying Scot three times now, twice at their new premises. I have always enjoyed excellent cutsomer service, speedy transfers to the airport and when my flight was cancelled from Luton, I didn't have to pay for the extra day parking. Would be nice if they brought your car up to reception for you on return but that's a small detail considering the cost of the parking itself Thoroughly recommended!

An all-over value for money service. Only grumble was that we arrived back late on a very cold night, minus 2. Would have been nice had they brought my car out of the parking area, and run the engine. As it was we had to drag our cases behind us and go searching for the car, then scrape the frost off the windows.

Followed directions and eventually found the place, dropped car off and handed in key. Bus was already waiting for us to go to airport. Was during rush hour and roads were very busy but driver had local knowledge and found an alternative route and got us to the airport in about 8 mins. Collected us within about 10 mins of calling us on arrival. Had car washed and hoovered out which was inexpensive and great too.

Easy to find, competitively priced and not long to wait for the courtesy coaches.

booked in my car about a week in advance peace of mind knowing your car was safe while your out of the country and a coach was there to take you back to your vehicle on returthis is my second time i have used the parking facility and iam sure it wont be the last thanking you very much mr a mcellen

Booking on the internet was excellent. I liked the fact that I could compare prices and distances from the airport. Paying in advance meant no hanging around on the night. We had used Flying Scot before. However, they had moved premises the previous week and although the new directions were correct in the end I think it would be an advantage to give approximate distances as the roundabouts did not seem to come up very quickly and we did wonder at one point if we had missed one! Have already recommended your service to a couple of friends who had asked me how I had found a car park.

staff helped all the way through from checking in to being dropped off at the airport transfer drivers very nice nothing was a problem considering it was the early hours of the morning for both drop off and the pick up look forward to usiing your service again.

we had booked fly away/flying scot with you. It appears that these are now seperate carparks. As flyaway ( who we have used many times before) HAD NO record of our booking had you sent us to the wrong one despite us arriving at the address you sent us. Fly away had no record of our booking but said that this was common from your company. They found us a place in their carpark but I am not confident enough of your company to use you again

No doubts about the service but although the area at Edinburgh airport is not as modern we do have the convenience there of having the car at reception ready for us to go homestraightaway after a tiring trip. At Glasgow we were only directed to a row of cars and told ours was there somewhere! Drivers of transfer buses are always curteous at both places.

the experience on a whole was very good, staff were very helpful and professional. transfers were very quick and again drivers were very helpful. my only grumble would be that the signage on the main road states that the car park belongs to flyaway parking, there is no clear indication that flying scot are in there as well. i only found out when i drove in to ask for directions. all inall though it was very profesional and i will recomend to anyone and will definatley use again.

Got into Flying Scot bus at terminal on return. Turns out I should have been on Flyaway Parking bus (and yet company I booked with on internet was called Flying Scot). Had to change buses and carry over cases. Was also general delay and confusion amongst drivers at terminal.Then got to car park and discovered it has signs for both Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking!!! So why the delay, and change of buses.

In comparison to other airport parking offered at Glasgow Airport - Poor customer service. Long wait for transfer. Poor organisation at car parking facility.

Transfers were good and staff helpful but usually on return your car is ready waiting for you; we had to go and locate this ourselves.

A first class service, one I will use in future, and recommend to others.

The whole experience was hassle free. It was good priced parking in a perfect location.

I found my experience with Flying Scot very satisfactory. The service offered was fast, effective and efficient. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Flying Scot to friends and family and use the service again.

Follow the directions to the park, they are accurate. If you don't know the area it feels as if you have missed a turn and my wife was starting to nag but I ignored her and we found it no problem.

Very happy with the car park and service. I will use it again.

The staff in the reception and the bus were so helpful, which led to the start of a hassle free holiday. The service was well worth the money and I would book with you again. Thank you.
