Why bother using the phone when you get into baggage reclaim as the driver turns up when he likes.

Directions to the car park were good . Although with not coming from the area we thought we may have missed the turning, but the staff were good and we didn't have to wait long to be taken or picked up from the airport. If I was flying from Glasgow I would use this car parking.

The directions to the car park were spot on and on arrival I felt the welcome from the staff was exceptional. All the relevent details were given clearly before we left, and on arriving back home the bus was waiting for us at the designated area. Although there were people left standing I did notice the driver contacting the other bus as to how many people were waitng, thus allowing it to get back to the airport as soon as poss. Drivers very helpful and wearing smart uniform which presents the company very well. Will be recommending and using Flying Scot in the future. Cheers.

The directions for finding Flying Scot were clear and even at 9.00 in the morning the traffic in Paisley was quiet and allowed us to find the site in just 5 minutes from leaving the motorway. The transfer was quick, although taking in a hotel on the outward leg before reaching the terminal, and there was almost no waiting for the return pick up.

my transfers were quick without any waiting for the bus. Some people may not like the way you are told which row your car in in on return and you have to find it yourself. Other parking sites I have used either drop you off beside your car or have the cars for that day's return moved closer ready for collection.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail by every member of staff that I had dealings with. They were courteous and cheerful and helped get me and my family into the holiday mood. On arriving back from my holiday the staff were a model of efficiency and helpfulness. We were soon back on the road, heading home in our freshly valeted car. I would thoroughly recommend them!

I found the car park a little hard to find but once there everything was great the staff were excellent and very friendly on my return I had lost my ticket but after showing my passport for security i was able to retrieve my car making it a most enjoyable end to the holiday.

Excellent service. This was the best priced car parking service that I could find, very good value for money. Booking was easy, well laid out web site and the directions were excellent. Transfers were quick and hassle free. I would recommend this service to friends and will certainly use the car parking facilities in the near future.

AS Flying Scot had moved since I last used it I was a little apprehensive about finding the new location but the directions were very clear and I had no problem. The staff were very helpful, and I was delivered to and collected from the airport promptly.

I would use this service again, I was assured that when leaving car keys that my car was covered for insurance purposes, My car was in the same condition that I left it in so I was happy there was no damage, I don't know where else I could have parked cheaper, staff were helpful, cheers.

When we booked our car in the man that dealt with us was more interested in talking to the girl next to him about the previous night out. We requested that our car be washed and cleaned inside we duly paid for this. On our return this had not been done and they had no record of it being requested I still had the receipt and only because of this was I given a refund. The bus that picked us up from the airport did not know how many people he had to pick and up and duly waited for about 20 mins with constant calls to the office to speak to some stressed out woman who kept telling him to look for another 2 people another 4 people! there is no organisation whatsover. The system is rubbish and we will not be using this company again and will not be recommending it to anyone in the future.

when i arrived back i was given the keys and allocation of my car. My car was not there. We discovered that the keys i was given were for another car that had my information details inside it. The staff were finally able to get the details on the other car and my car was finally found

Phoned for transfer coach at 4.10pm it states on the confirmation booking form that the transfers to and from the Airport are every 10 mins. The driver turned up 4.30pm and took 5 passengers and their luggage and told the two of us who had been waiting before the other 5 had arrived that there was not enough room we only had 2 cases and another coach was on it's way. After waiting a further 10 mins I called the office and was told that their driver was just unloading and he would be there in a couple of mins. We waited a further 15 mins until the driver arrived and then had to wait another 10 mins until the driver waited until the coach was almost full. I think this is false advertising. I wouldn't be happy to use Flying Scot in the future and I know that there are a few of my work colleagues who fly from Glasgow Airport and I will not be recommending them to use this company. The pick up point was not stated clearly as we were told that it was bay 5 and there are two bay 5's this also added to the delay.

when we were dropped off at the airport, this was not the usual drop off place due to roadworks. so when we arrived back in glasgow and was told to go to bus park 5-9 we went to where we were dropped off not knowing this was the wrong area. We weren't alone as 3 other parties were in the same boat, after a wait of over 40mins and 3 phone calls between all the people waiting we eventually were told we were in the wrong area.. If we were told where we were to be picked up from on arrival this all could have been avoided. Bearing in mind that we still had a 3 hour journey when we picked our car up with 2 young children in tow i felt extremely cheesed off to say the least all which could have been avoided with a little better communication...

i did not like the way my car was parked neither in a space or out at least two feet out on a corner on the road i have one or two scuffs which i do not remember on my car either after parking twice with you at edinburgh i am a bit disapointed and i do not think i will be

Booked my car in online no hassle confirmation back very quick.When i brought the car to the car park on the day of our departure the bus was waiting to take us to the airport.We had the same service when we came back from or holiday.Fantastic service, highly recommened, and yes we will be using your company again.The buses that take you to and from the airport are spotless not forgetting the drivers very smart.

on return I found the transfer ok car keys very quick, it was easy to find the car, very important after a long flight! It took me a whie to find the place only because I hadn't an idea of the distance on one of the roads (further than I thought), also some of the 'mini' roundabouts were quite large!

Found service good value for money and staff very helpful and friendly. However felt more could have been done on return journey as others all trying to get cars out of parking lot. Also it was not until I returned home that I found although I had paid for car wash and valet service that the ashtray had not been emptied. These however were the only negative points that were found. I would use Flying Scot service again but this time would ensure any services requested were fully completed before leaving the car park.

Going out was OK, lack of friendliness by driver, but was on time Return was slow, first bus was very full, next bus was slow in arriving, but driver was friendly and helpful On site cover against the wind and rain needs to be examined and improved, parking lay-out also needs to be improved.

On the way to the airport the transfer bus waited until it was full before moving off, while this may make sense for the company it did mean we waited quite a while to set off,especially when there was plenty other spare buses standing doing nothing. On getting back to Glasgow Airport we had to wait a long time for the bus to come pick us up. For this reason I won't be using Flying Scot again, it's a shame because otherwise it was a really good facility
