we were very pleased with the whole service. We were attended to immediately on our arrival at the car park, no time was wasted at all in getting us to the airport, and on our return the transfer bus was already waiting for us. I have used this parking on three occasions now & have found it very reliable. Transfers to the airport are very efficient& the banter from the drivers is good. My son also used it this month also & he was more than happy.

From the online booking to getting to the car park was quick and easy to use. Transfers were within 5 minutes of calling a stress free service which i would definatly recommend and use again.

STaff were helpful. Very quick service - booked your car in and returned it very quickly, no hanging about waiting. No complaints at all.

The staff can be a bit abrupt but considering it seems to be early morning flights I come in on then I think thats to be expected...the car is always as you left it (I think theres a valet service if required), I've never used it. I've used Flying Scot every time I'm away and no problems so far.

Transfer was quick and friendly, although instructions on where and which phone to use on return were sketchy causing a slight delay.

Staff at reception were very friendly and efficeint as were the transfer drivers.I also had my car valeted whilst away and this was done to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly be using this facility again. Yours James Mitchell

Travelled from Newcastle, easy to find, prepared for me arriving, really is a 5 min transfer to airport, were their to pick me up after the holiday. Will certainly use again next time I fly from Glasgow. Recommended.

No problem at all with this Airport Car Park. Friendly and efficient staff. Transfers were punctual and service very good.

Arrived at car park, took only a copule of minutes before we were at the airport. Bus was waiting when we returned back to the airport and our cars were easily found. Good customer service was provided from all staff.

Directions are not easy to follow as it doesn't give you any distances to each landmark. Plus there is a much easier way there that they don't tell you about but all their drivers use!

A little bit hard to find, instructions not very clear had to stop and asking someone but the service when we got there was excellent

Everything went really smoothly from arrival to our departure. On arrival the girl at the desk was very efficient, the bus left quickly. On arrival back in the U.K. the bus was outside the airport when we came out, departed within 10mins, again the lady on the desk was also very efficient and dealt with everyone very quickly. All in all this was value for money service.

Service was good going to the airport, despite the fact it was 4 o'clock in the morning. However, on return at 2 pm in the afternoon, we had to wait about 30 minutes as we had just missed a transfer bus.

My car would not start due to a flat battery buut the staff were more than helpful in getting it srarted.

Parking close to airport easy accessable parking area. Staff were really nice and helpful when we had query with out flight. On return pick up bus at airport nice driver helped load our luggage and we were in car in 10 mins Would certainly use again

I was pleased with the service provided, my flight was delayed and I did'nt arrive back until 10.45. The bus was waiting to take us to the car. A good service.
