The first time we used the Flying Scot on our return the car had been started and the heater was on, so a lovely warm car! This time the car would not start - a flat battery which was attended to very qucikly and efficiently - and with a smile!! Thanks

Difficulty locating freephone to call for return bus. (Airport was busy so I may just have missed it in the hubbub) In the event it was not necessary as the bus was waiting at the drop off/pick up point. I would use the service again and recommend it to others.

On collecting my car on return, I was simply told that my car was in row 1. But row 1 was about 100 yards long and my car was almost at the far end of this row. Can they not bring the car up to the reception area just prior to customers returning? Was not impressed with the cavalier attitude of the reception staff either.

I would to say a special thanks to the staff as I had left my wallet in the car and I obviously could not go away with out it , I gave the staff at the car park a phone and they where most helpful.So again many thanks have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year.

Generally speaking we were well pleased with the service. While not excessive the wait for the bus to take us back to the depot seemed longer than the 5-10 minutes advised but this was a minor inconvenience. We compared Fying Scot with others for price and found it to be a little cheaper than the competition.

this was the first time we have used flying scot and i will definately return and recommend it to friends. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the early hours of the morning,flying scot were waiting when we came out from arrivals and we were on the road home within 20mins. The overall service from booking to return home was excellant

Was very pleased with the service I received and would definately use again. Very near airport and directions to get to car park very easy to follow. Staff very helpful. Added bonus was that for a little extra charge you can come back to a nice clean gleaming car as car wash and valet are offered as an extra service.

Used this company before when they were located nearer Airport. Dont think we will be using them again.They had only 1 small bus running to & from the airport, not nearly adequate for the number of people using the Park. This meant that there was no room on the bus,we had to wait whilst they went to the Airport, dropped people off and collected returning customers from the Airport, so you can imagine what a LONG WAIT that was....it really was no better on our return. The staff however were polite and courteous. Would not like to arrive late at night in the winter and try to find my car.

Had to wait a while for bus on way back, dispite thanking driver for his help he just grunted at me. Felt he didnt want to be there, this was not the case with the driver to the airport. Staff in office helpful, gave clear instructions. got a bit lost finding place, dark middle of night etc. an indication as to distance from moterway turn off may be helpful, kept thinking I had missed it as I got more and more into residential area. Value for money? difficult to say, nothing to compare with.

We have used Flying Scot a few times and have always found the drivers very helpful, always there to lift your bags and lift them into the bus. The Staff in the office are very efficient and very quick, will alway use Flying Scot if the customer service continues.

When arrving at the carpark to drop off my car the exit gate was open and the entrance gate was closed. I assumed that a car must have just left however, on return from my holiday I was alarmed to see the exit gate was still open. In fact the whole time I was in the car park waiting on the bus, checking in and checking out the gate remained open. Which in my mind meant the car park wasn't very secure!!!!!!!

At other parks I've experienced, our car was sitting at reception awaiting our return meaning we could unload luggage straight from th transfer bus into the car. On this occasion, the car was parked in an area away from reception which took a few minutes to find.

Happy, we were able to reach our destination easily and there was a coach availaible for our use to return to the car park. Most customer service was good except for first contact at reception,there was a need remember that we are a customer not an issue. Would use again good value for money.

This was the third time of using Flying Scot, but the first since they moved. This site appears much more secure and very accessable. As per usual I had the car valeted, which I would recommend to anyone, as it's a joy to get into after returning from Holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending the Flying Scot to anyone.

While I was checking car in my husband and bus driver were loading luggage and we were on out way to airport within 5 minutes of arriving. On return we had to wait about 10/15 minutes for bus to arrive but again we were in our car and on our home way in no time.

The supervisor was not very pleasent when ask why I had to leave my car keys. This was not explain when booking carpark. I ask for copy of rules and reply I was giving was it doesent state you dont have to leave your car keys. Sorry but I dont even let any of my family drive my car. The car park is a little bit out of way from airport. Thank You

Unfortunately, driver failed to load our cases on to bus and we arrived at airport without any luggage. Driver was not too helpful, not too pleasant in this regard and we had to take the bus back to the car park where luckily our bags were loaded on the next bus waiting to go.

We returned to you after using your Edinburgh service in which our car was waiting for us in outside the office. I was disapointed this did not happen in Glasgow. Especially as our travelling friend had told us to book Qpark, She said she wouldn't be changing to flyingscot

Arrived, booked car in, got on transfer bus and taken to airport all in less than 15 minutes. On arrival back in UK phoned using courtesy phone, was told where there was a bus waiting, transferred back to car park and was on road home again in less than 15 minutes.

Friendly help and advice from staff. Pick up and drop off no problem. Car park close by the airport and easy to find.
