The only criticism was that the drop off directions were obviously out of date as the road layout and signage were different. You need to aim for the Sofitel!

Pick up on departure worked well in the early hours of the morning. However, there was a considerable delay waiting for our car to be returned when we arrived back at Gatwick in mid-afternoon. Their phone was busy and eventually we were told our car would be with us soon. After quite a delay, I phoned again and was told the delay was due to "traffic". We didn't buy this as my wife had spotted our driver previously delivering someone else's car! Obviously, this was a busy time and they were short of drivers. I would have been happier to be told the truth in the first place.

We used this service at Gatwick in the middle of August, so it was very much peak time and taking that into account RSO9 did OK. There was a bit of hanging around waiting for their member of staff to find us and take the car when we were departing and we were worried there would be a delay on our return. In fact, we probably only waited 10 minutes. So overall it was fine, assuming that we experienced the service when they were under maximum pressure.

Best price I could fine, polie courteous drivers. No problems getting through. Cant complain at all.

Good service, but I had to phone a couple of times before someone arrived to pick up the car on drop off, despite calling before we reached Gatwick. Car was there on arrival, though, as we left the terminal - and reasonably clean, no issues. For the price - very satisfied.

Driver waited at wrong terminal and when the car was returned, one of the front wheels had been scuffed terribly on kerb. No confession from delivery driver.

All worked very well. A very efficient and helpful service. Particularly when getting back at 1am in the morning it made getting home much simpler.

This is the second time we have used RS09 Meet and Greet and would not hesitate in recommending to others. A great service.

Excellent service would definitely use again. Only problem was had to phone several times to get through, which adds a bit of stress, especially on outward journey, but other than that great service.

Drop off was smooth. Couldn't ask for more but then when we arrived back in the UK and called the number when we landed it went straight to voicemail. Kept trying left messages and sent texts.. Nothing. After waiting for 30min went over to another meet and greet company and asked for help. They got hold of the company and the car was delivered 30mins later. No apology, no explanation. Customer service a big fat zero.

Have used a number of valet parking services and this was the most courteous.

No problems. No hanging around on drop off. Pick up arrived as we reached the meeting point. Hassle free, what more could you ask for?

this service was very good was waiting for us as we arrived which made the start of our holiday stress free and on our return was there within a few minutes both drivers were very pleasant its the first time we have used this sort of service and would higly recomend this company

An excellent experience, driver was there when we arrived to the Terminal for drop-off and we only had to wait 5 mins for the car to be delivered once we collected our bags on the return journey. Will definitely use again, so much more convenient than long stay parking or organising taxis etc... Thanks

Pleased to say we were met, punctally each way at Gatwick, even when our airline changed the terminal from North to South. Good communications and friendly service. Lines busy sometimes which sends you in a bit of a panic but keep trying and you get through.

The driver was waiting for us as we arrived at the airport. On our return we phoned as we left the baggage area. We went to the same point as before and waited just 3or4 minutes for the return of our car. A great service.
