Pleased with the service provided - no waiting for buses to and from the airport - excellent service, would definately use again.

Slick systems in place to ensure a quick drop off and we didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes for a bus to the terminal on the way there, getting us to our check in desk early! On the way back hardly any queue and again a slick system for finding and driving your car away. Great service, will definitely use this parking again.

The booking process, reception, transfers and security were all top class.

My entire front N/S wheel and wing was covered in mud suggesting it had been parked in a muddy field while we were away

Car park attendant young and rude, booking lady very stroppy but cheapest parking so guess can't expect everything!

it was good there were 2 quees, the one for droping car keys was faster, that helped as usually people travelling are more nervous about time than others who are coming back.

Never let us down yet. Connections always frequent and clean. Staff helpful and courteous. Would recommend every time.

Overall a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend to friends and work colleagues. I will definately be using your services in the future. I found the staff helpful and friendly both early in the morning and late at night.

The parking was easy to find, efficient with a quick and straightforward transfer to the terminal.THere was very little wait at both ends and we were back on the road less than an hour after disembarking from our flight Well recommended

Time interval for transfer was more than 20 mins. When the coach arrived because of it being late was packed with people and luggage.

Had to Queue for 15 mins to drop keys at 4:20 am and then wait over 20 minutes for a transfer bus could not get on the first bus as there were too many people waiting. As all parking is booked in advance it should have been quite simple to estimate how many buses would be required to provide a quick transfer! The return journey around midday was quick with little queuing with the transfer buses running more frequently although there were fewer passengers requiring transfer.

The check in and check out were very quick. Did not have to wait more than a few minutes for the transfer bus to go (if flying from South Terminal you have to get the shuttle from/to North but it's totally painless). Car was parked behind the office cabin so perhaps extra safe. Same mileage on the clock. Was £100 for 3 weeks. Would use again!

We boarded the transfer bus immediately after checking in but had to wait almost 30 minutes for bus to leave even though it was almost full and was only a 5 minute transfer. Luckily we arrived in plenty of time so it did not affect our flight. Only wated a few minutes for bus on return transfer. Otherwise a good service

Have used Summer Special parking several times and find the service generally good. The only niggle was the length of time waiting for the coach back to the airport. The queue was so long that a lot of people did not get on.

Have used Summer Special Parking on a number of occassions and have been completely satisfied each time.

We arrived on a cold November morning and entered a warm reception building! Once registration was completed and keys left we got onto the next bus and were taken swiftly to the terminal building and dropped outside. The return trip was equally as painless, although not to nice waiting at the bus stop in a smoking area! The car was waiting for us outside the reception building, perfect to load the bags almost straight from the bus!

We arrived at 7:00 in the morning to leave the car and returned at 11:00 at night to collect it. Everything worked smoothly, with no delays.

Very easy to find and transfer to North Terminal only took a few minutes. We have used a car park further from the airport but this one is so much more convenient. Very good value for money and much easier than getting the train. Hopefully we will be able to use this park in future now we are aware of it.
