From pre-sales on the phone to arrivals/directions and ease of getting from the car park to the terminal, this place is great. Cannot fault them for anything actually. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff even at 3.30am easy to use , book , park and in the bus to airport which is not even ten mins away , def use again good service

always go back to summer special because i have never had any problems. easy to locate,quick handover and regular transfers. what more can you want?

Can't fault anything. I have used this for three years now and will not consider anything other option. When we flew back, there was a huge tailback on the M23. The receptionist took time to explain an alternative route out of the airport.

Always slightly anxious when venturing something new. Would the car be taken care of? Would we have to wait ages for transfers. Would we find the place? Yes, yes, yes,. The place was well sign posted and also at the airport for arrivals and departures. Expedient service for delivery of car and pick up. Have already recommended your services.

First time I have tried Summer Special and was very impressed. Easy to find and very close to the terminal. It was fast and on time and am already going to book again for my next trip.

A little surprised on arrival to be told the facility was to be closed at end of Sept,after we were due back,but alternative arrangements were very good.

Very easy to find the car park as it is very close to the north terminal and the transfers are on time.

Check in was really quick and we only waited a minute on the bus transfer. Great value!

I had an emergency on holiday and had to fly home a day early. I gave Summer Special Parking 3 days notice of the change of my return and when I arrived back at Gatwick my car was not at the North Terminal ready for me to collect. I was in a hurry and had to wait another hour while they found my car. NOT IMPRESSED!

Summer Special has always been my first choice of car park for its location and value for money. I commenced my holiday on 27 Sep 12 and when I was told that Summer Special was closing on 30 Sep 12 I was a little shocked but the service I recieved from the alternate car park when I returned from my holiday on 4 Oct 12 was just as good. Hopefully Summer Special will be open when I go on my next holiday in May 13.

i scoured the internet and gosimply was the best price i could find, booking was easy and finding the car parking----simple no waiting for transfer.We were very pleased to find our car was to be delivered to the short stay car park at North Terminal because the car park was shutting down at the end of September this was a bit of luck.... not a normal arrangement!However it was a nice extra, will book again with them. mick.b

We were surprised to have to pick up the car from carpark 6 at gatwick instead of where we left car(came home on Oct 1st) But it was all very smooth....thank you

I found it all easy to book online, confirmation email arrived very quickly and all staff very efficient at time of arrival and on return to collect car. Would use their service again.

Summer special parking was the most competitively priced option, and just as good as any other service we've used. The service was slick and effecient. I would have no hesitation in using it again, or recommending it to others.
