Whilst waiting for a transfer to the North Terminal (V/W), the bus was totally filled by the previous pick-up point (say U/V). I thought this would occur again when the next bus completed the circuit. Consequently, I walked to (U/V) pick up point to avoid this, only to my horror to see the next bus pass this pick up point and prioritise (V/W). The majority of the people followed my example. Obviously, the co-ordination of pick-ups should be applauded, but it came as a surprise to a number of passengers.

You need to warn new customers that it is essential to record your parking zone and bus stop. It is very distressing to return from holiday in the early hours of the morning and have no idea where you have left your car. My husband had to lift our very heavy suitcases up into the luggage rack above waist level as the driver was not happy to have the cases on the floor. Coaches were prompt to arrive for both journeys to and from airport.

Some customers clog up the bus exits with luggage despite the available space on the racks. Perhaps drivers should make people aware of health and safety dangers.

Straight forward to book and the instructions are quite clear. A number of car parks ask pre-booked users to enter their credit card on entry. Car park is popular and it can take a while to find a space. Coaches are frequent - and from the car park you can see their progress so that you know how long the wait is likely to be. On return the coaches appear to get cramped together so the wait can be longer than 12 minutes. If you have prepaid you have to take your entry ticket into the office to get out. There appears to be a code facility on the ticket which could avoid that - but it isn't in use yet. People who do not pre-book just enter their credit card on arrival and departure without any need for a stop at either a payment machine or the office on the way out.

No problems, bus picked up within minutes at both car park and airport. Quick and polite and no problems at the customer checkout either. A very good experience.
