Only slight complaint would be the entrance road surface at Cophall Farm.

Excellent directions given, staff were very efficient. Best of all our car engine was running so the car was warm on a very cold night.

Drop off and pick up outside of busy times, but will us Cophall Farm again.

I have used this sevice a number of times and will continue to do so when travelling through Gatwick.

Their insistence on being given exact scheduled time of return is annoying. The flight number and approximate landing time is all they should need.

Would have no hesitation in booking with Cophall Farm parking again. Transfer coach was waiting for us on both outward and return jouneys. Very reliable service, keep it up!

Very friendly staff in office and in transport to and from airport. In all a very efficient and quick service. Transport to Gatwick was immediate, and pick-up from airport only took 5 minutes.

Overall a very good service, easy to book, cheap, helpful staff, the only criticism would be the distance from Gatwick Airport and the length of wait for the bus for the return journey.

The only bad comment I can make is that the minibus drivers are a bit too heavy on the pedal, but that seems to apply wherever you go. They were, however, very pleasant and quite chatty. Good value for money!!
