Efficient stress free parking at a value for money price - overall an excellent experience.

I mistakenly booked 24hrs too early, it would be nice to have the difference refunded.

Relatively easy to find using a sat-nav, however during my visit the road had been closed for roadworks. Parked up very quickly in what looked like a very secure area. Reception area easily found and my parking requirements quickly and efficiently processed. The minibus was waiting to take me. Transfer time was around 10-15 minutes. Pick up was equally satisfying waiting only 8-10 minutes for the minibus to pick me up.

the park was easily located from the m23 and transfer was immediate as was the return journey and would definately use them again.

We arrived very early in the morning after a long drive and were greeted by exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. The system was streamline and before we knew it we were at the airport. Returning back from the airport the car was waiting for us - no waiting for hours in the cold and dark. I use Cophall Farm parking all the time and I'm NEVER disappointed. A big thank you to everyone.

This parking facility offered the best rate and was the only place to drop off/ pick up from both terminals. (Useful as we left from the South and arrived back to the North)Despite getting lost through the road works at 3.30am,the receptionist remained calm and helpful (two phone calls later) and guided me in. Chatty helpful drvers on the curtesy buses, warm vehcles on the two cold, damp arrival dates. They made you feel as if you were a family member. So welcoming, especially coming home. Definely will be using them again. Thank you all. Sue Brady

We were dealt with as soon as we arrived and left for the airport within a few minutes. The driver was friendly and helpful. On the return trip the bus came within 10 minutes of phone call and we were on our way home within 3 minutes of reaching the car park. Seamless!

This was a very relaxed start to our holiday and the return equally easy. Staff very helpful when telephoned with a query.

excellent service at at a reasonable price. friendly, and very efficient staff in a clearly well organised set-up. transfers were quick, drivers friendly & helpful. really could not fault the service - the best I have used at Gatwick (have used 6+ different providers in the past) and will use them again in the future.

I have used "Cophill Farm" Parking twice now and will continue to do so in the future. It is A smooth running well thought out service with friendly staff (even at 01:30 in the morning in the rain)! Good rates as well. My car is my pride and joy and I would always be more than happy to leave it in "cophill farms" care.

Remarkably straight-forward and easy to use: no problems. I thought there would be a catch for choosing the cheapest option, but my expectations were exceeded, so impossible to give less than 5 stars.....

Great value . No waiting around for a transfer and they very kindly took us to the Travel Lodge so we didn't have to transfer from the car park to Gatwick then get the shuttle bus to the Travel Lodge in readiness for an early morning flight. Pick up was easy and quick from coming out of customs. Would definitely use again and recommend

Cophall Farm Parking provides a true value for money service which provides a friendly face in a grim business. The parking facilities are larger than expected, which comparable with the bigger and more expensive companies. Our return flight was delayed by 3 hours, which pushed us over the 24hr boundary by 1 hour, but that was not a problem I was not charged for an extra day - as did happen with another faceless company, which we over-ran by 10min.

On arrival the receptionist immediately knew who I was as she cross checked my vehicle reg with my name and greeted me personally which I thought was a very nice touch. The transfer left within a couple of minutes of my arrival and on my return, even though I was initially the only pick up, the driver arrived within 5 minutes. Subsequently others arrived but it was nice that he came anyway thinking there was only one pick up.

We dropped car off and were processed pretty much immediately by friendly staff. Cases put on own private mini bus and we went straight to airport. Upon our return journey we called number on card given (freephone no) and were told very clearly where to wait. We waited only approx 5-10 mins and were greeted by another friendly driver. We shared mini-bus back to their depot with 2 other couples but this was fine. Arrived and was given keys and car was waiting for us ready to go. Couldnt ask for better, only a short journey from the airport and very friendly, courteous and professional staff and service from start to finish. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use again

I found that Cophill was easy to find due to their very accurate instructions, which in the past and with other parking I have not been so pleased with. As a woman alone they made me feel safe and secure at all times while I was in their care. Thank you Cophill for making my trip easier.
