I've used Cophall Farm many, many times over the years and every time their prices are the keenest and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. See you at Christmas!

Efficient, helpful and pleasant sum up our experience at Cophall farm parking and was part of a very good holiday

This place is a little in the sticks, but quite easy to find. Transfer is 15 mins to the airport. Park your car right next to the transfer bus area and they willpark for you

No hassle on arrival, despite being early. Transferred straight away, no fuss. Helpful staff.

The only thing that sums it up is that Cophall Farm is the only parking that I will ever use!

Only issue was getting back to the motorway a clear map would be useful. Need to allow plenty of time for the transfer if you are running behind facility is too far from airport.

Overall, very impressed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The drivers pleasant, and talkative. Would definitiely use the service again and recommend to others. Can't think of anything that needs complaining about at all!!

On arrival paperwork all ready and correct, transfer vehicle waiting. Collection only waited a few minutes at terminal. My vehicle waiting for collection. Cophall drivers pleasant and informative.

Every thing was so simple and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.

Transfers were good, there was a serious accident so had to get out and walk, traffic was gridlocked so out of drivers hands but he was very helpful and friendly.

Easy to find and nice location. As as we got there they were waiting to take us to the airport. Even helped us with our cases! No waiting on return trip. All in all very good experience and would use them again

I found the staff at the site when checking in very helpful whether it be by means of face to face communication or over the phone. The coach transfers were arranged without no problems and were easy to find as the staff also go through with you were the meeting point is on your return. Coach transfers were timely and staff very helpful. I would recommend using them to anyone.

Only minor gripe was that I was instructed to phone them after we had come through customs to ensure the transfer vehicle was there for us when we got down to the bus stop. I actually rang twice, once when we landed and again once through customs as instructed and when we got to the bus stop we still had a 10 minute wait - the transit van had not been sent! Still, apart from that everything else fine.

Very curtious, very quick. would use again.

The only problem was the night before the council put in road works and the diversion was poorly done, this was no fault of the car park firm who when asked stated they knew nothing of the roadworks or they would have emailed customers to advise them of this

Every aspect of the parking service was as good as we hoped. However we got stuck in traffic delays in our car, due to road works less than a mile from the car park which added at least half an hour to our journey home and ten minutes on the way there-there is a diversion in place near the car park.The mini bus to the airport didnt use this route so it didnt affect our transfer time.Would not have used the car park if we d known about road works -worth checking before travelling which we should have done !

Very quick service on arrival and immediate transfer to airport. Got on wrong coach coming back (our fault - misheard the driver say Cophall. He meant Copthorne!) We were then collected from Copthorne very quickly by the Cophall Farm driver, so all sorted with minimum fuss.

Staff are friendly, drivers especially on giving directions to avoid the roadworks!!

From arrival to Cophall Farm late evening ,we were being transported to the airport within 5 minutes. On our return from holiday at 2300hrs, we collected our baggage, made one very simple phone call to Cophall Farm and as we left the airport building we waited less than 5 minutes before our transfer arrived to collect us. Our car war ready and waiting for us, collected our key and left for home. It really was completly stress free. We will certainly recommend this service to others.

You get a little bit more than you expect. The staff are friendly and polite. They make the process of travelling a little less cumbersome
