Directions to car park were very easy to follow. Only had to wait a few minutes after I arrived at car park and then coach left for airport. Driver was very friendly and helpful and helped me with my luggage. On my return journey I called Cophall and only had to wait around 5 minutes once I got to the bus stop. Picked up car with no problems and also reception staff very friendly too. All in all a great company to use and have recommended to family and friends and will definitely use again!

only one observation the directions we were given included a road that was closed if you were tight for time this could cause a problem.

I'd never used this place before, but it was much cheaper than the others, though a little further away. But I'm glad I tried it, as they provided an excellent service, and were very helpful. No hanging around waiting for the bus, or long walks to find the stop! They whisk you away very promptly. And when you arrive home, you just call and they'll be waiting for you. Brilliant!!

Extremely happy with service given by Cophall. Prompt transfers and check-in and out of car. Value for money. Will definitely use again.

Best price available that I could find. Easy to find and get to. Quick and easy check in and transfer. I liked the fact that you are taken to the airport in a mini bus with just a few other people as apposed to a bus crambed full of people like some other companies use. The driver's were very friendly.

Hadn't used airport parking before, and was worried about delays being transferred, picked-up, or car being collected etc. No reason to worry, as they were brilliant. These people are professional, friendly and the transfers are rapid - they have minibuses ready to go round the clock. When I got back from my holiday, they picked me up 5 minutes after I called and my car was waiting for me ready to go. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I get the impression that as a smaller independent operation, they try harder than the bigger airport parking facilities, and it shows.

No problems with this service. The staff at CFP were friendly and efficient and helped with loading and unloading cases onto the mini bus which transfered us to and from the airport. As far as I could tell the car park itself was secure. When we arrived back the car was waiting for us by reception. The car did appear to be quite grubby after just a week as if there was a lot of dust generated by their activities. The journey to and from Gatwick seemed a little longer than I had anticipated (about 15 mins) and I may consider on-site parking in the multi-storey next to the terminal in future purely for convenience. However this would cost more and if you don't mind the short transfer to their site then CFP is excellent value for money.

Directions to the site were excellent and we found the parking with no problem. We found the staff very helpful and friendly - even very early in the morning.On our return journey, the pick up arrived promptly despite horrendous traffic jams, and the driver advised us of the best routes for our onward journey in order to avoid the queues.Our car was ready and waiting for us, and everything went very smoothly.

Everything about the experience was good, from the time we arrived to our return there after our holiday. Very good.

Good welcome on arrival and transfer within ten minutes of arriving but collection from airport took twenty five minutes to arrive and the long transfer journey of another twenty minutes or more meant the whole operation on our return took the better part of an hour.

I was told well beforehand that an entry road was closed and given good alternative directions.

The facilities were clean and secure, the staff very helpful and the transfers to and from the airport were punctual. The directions to finding the car park were very good.

Don't hesitate to choose Cophall Farm Parking. They offer a good service with very little waiting at the airport. A rival's coach was still waiting at the airport when we left. Small friendly minibuses used so no waiting for them to fill up. Speedy transfer. Choose Cophall Farm Parking!

Transfer drivers were the most friendly and considerate that I have ever experienced in off airport parking. They were very good at giving directions departing from car park to avoid road works. Will use again.

Friendly staff and very prompt transfer. As soon as I parked the bus was waiting and even though I was the only one on it , it left straight away. On return the bus arrived within about 10 mins and the keys were ready for pick up in less that 2 mins. Although there were roadworks in the area, clear instructions were given in advance to avoid these.

This is not the first time we have uese Cophall Farm Parking and have had the same good friendly service each time we have parked there. I would highly recomend them.

Cost was very reasonable and instructions for finding the site were clear and effective. Reception was efficient and instructions for return were brief and clear. Toilet facilities were easily located and were clean and well-managed. Drivers assisted with luggage and were communicative and most pleasant. Both at separture and arrival we only waited a few minutes before transfer - on both occasions we were the last to arrive and so I cannot be sure we were not just particularly lucky with our timing.

Friendly staff and very good service all around. Will use again and will tell others about it.
