Service could not fault, prompt pick up. Cannot see any room for improvement

When we arrived was in the early hours of the morning, but it was literally as simple as dropping our keys off and jumping on the bus then heading to the airport. On the way back we collected our bags and gave them a bell, they were with us within 10 minutes of the call!! We we got back to pick up our cars, they were in the front of the car park and were ready to go!! Would definitely book again with Cophall Farm- easy, relaxing and great value for money!!

Great value for money, fast transfers and excellent facilities. Would definatley use again.

We followed the instruction to ring for our transfer back to Cophall Farm once we had retrieved our bags and cleared customs. After half an hour we were still waiting to be collected and taken back to pick up our car. When someone finally did arrive, we had to go to the North Terminal to collect other passengers. In all, it took us over 1 1/4 hours to get back to our car after phoning for our transfer - not at all what you need after a long haul flight. We will definitely think twice before using them again - it's not worth the £10 saved on the price of other carparks.

I have tried quite a few airport car parks and this one has been the best so far. Booking was quick and easy, the car park was easy to find and well signed. The staff were friendly, personable and prepared with the details of our booking. Drop off and pick up was prompt. All in all a good experience.

The transfer drivers were very helpful and friendly. Service upon arrival and departure was efficient, no complaints.

CFP offered a very good service, especially as we were set to depart and return at very ackward times of the day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the guide to getting there easy to follow and kept updated of road works and the like, and the wait times were extremely minimal. Excellent service with a smile. We will definitely use them again.

have used this airport parking in the past and on both occasions have received a friendly welcome and a quick transfer to the airport. The site is safe with a well lit entrance even in night conditions which has security camaras operating and a barrier.

arrived and was seen by friendly staff straight away - everything was well organised and paper work all done for our arrival we were transferred to the airport straight away our luggage was placed onto the mini bus by the driver . on our return we rang to let them know we were ready for pick up and they sent mini bus right away and returned us quickly safely and efficiently. we were very impressed and pleased with cophall farm and would use them again and recommend them.

We have used Cophall Farm Parking in the past and on all occasions they have met our expectations and more. This time after returning to Gatwick after a 6 hour flight we were delayed by airport baggage handlers and waited over 2 hours to clear the airport arrivals. How glad were we that Cophall Farm collected us with no further delay or waiting around. The driver briefed us on traffic conditions and possible delays for our onward journey. Exceptional service..!

I found Cophall Farm parking to be very competitive, and the service when we arrived was prompt, helpful & efficient.

We got there and in mins we were on the transfer van,staff were very polite, The service was excellent.

They came quite quickly when phoned, and didn't quibble about taking a couple of extra passengers back to the farm

Cophall Farm was easy to find, we were transferred to the airport within minutes of arriving. Upon return we called after collecting our bags and the mini bus was waiting when we got outside. Very easy and we would definately use them again.

This was my first experience with Cophall Farm...and what a great experience. Cophall offered the most affordable parking. The mini van drivers where very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use Cophall Farm again.

Good price and very well run. The staff were very helpful and obliging even though we arrived back over 2 hours late in the midlle of the night. I would use the service again. The location was perhaps not so easy to find mainly due to roadworks near the Copthorne Hotel otherwise, it was quite simple.

Good value for money. Our flight home was delayed and the transfer minibus took us round both terminals which was frustrating. Generally no problems.

we didn't have to wait for tranfers and the car was ready for us when we returned.
