Excellent value for money. Polite staff, helpful and even thoughtful -- they warmed up the car ahead of our arrival in the midst of the snow storm that hit the UK recently.

Cophall Farm Parking were friendly and professional. They were extremely understanding and only charged a minimal amount when we needed to leave the car for 3 extra days. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will 100% be using the service next time it is required.

Fantastic run family setup, polite, helpfull and promp. Directions on web site need updating as the road layout has changed. The left turn at T junction is now a traffic Island. I will always use them when travelling from Gatwick.... Martin. Solihull.

The best bit was getting back on a cold frosty evening to find the car engine running so it was ready to go, the windows clear and the interior toasty warm.

we have used Cophall previously and have always found the service good- puntual,friendly and professional. the toilets whilst clean, are outside and were cold last week!!!

We usually rely on friends taking us to Gatwick as we spend several weeks out of the country at a time. However this time we were only going for 2 weeks and as we were returning on Christmas Eve couldn't guarantee that anyone would want to commit themselves. So we shopped around on the internet and found this company offering the cheapest deal around. the service was fantastic...the minibus driver was expecting us and greeted us by name. The hand over of car keys and parking of our car felt extreemly secure and professional. When we arrived back at Gatwick we rang the car park and the minibus arrived very promptly with a friendly driver. We'll definitely use them again and even consider them when we need to leave the car for longer than 2 weeks. Thank you for your service.

Everything went smoothly. Early morning check in and transfer to South Terminal went like clockwork. Pick up on return and transfer back ditto. Can't fault it, great value.

Can not recomend this firm higher. Transfers very quick to pick us up. The office staff very helpfull. Althoe arriving back 3 days late through weather conditions, they went the extra mile by having my car at the door with the engine running heater on.Having just come back from Egypt temp 26 to Gatwick -5 it was nice to have a nice warm car to get in to.

We came back from holiday to snow and they had left the car running to warm up for us! That says it all...

Normally travel by coach to Gatwick so this was a first for us and we were pleasantly surprised. The travel instructions were really helpful and found the car park quite easily. All the staff were really courteous and helpful and the journeys to and from the airport were really comfortable. Would definitely use them again.
