Didn't have to wait long for transfers. Even picked up from north terminal despite leaving from south terminal. Would use again.

There were five adults travelling all with hold luggage, the service provided by Cophall was efficient and met with a friendly manner. I would certainly recommend this parking company and would use them again.

I will definitely use Cophall Parking again, in fact every time I fly from gatwick. Staff were friendly, facilities were available to use after a bit of a journey to the airport, secure compound and transfers on our return were faultless. Value for money is incredible, I can't believe how cheap it was for us to park there in comparison to some of the other companies who are nowhere near as convenient. Thanks Cophall, we'll be seeing you again soon!

Easy directions, had a lovely welcome on arrival by staff going around 5.30am and on return at 11.30pm. Car was how I left it. Good value for money.

This company were fantastic. I had to make 2 changes to my booking, first because I was late arriving at the airport, and then to extend my stay. Both times they were incredibly helpful and efficient. The entire experience was very thorough and everyone I dealt with - drivers, office staff etc were fantastic. My only slight complaint would be having to wait 15 minutes for my car on my return when another company had the cars already parked up and waiting when people walked out of arrivals. But they might have been a more expensive service for and Cophall were definitely great value for the price.

Everyone from the reception area to the drivers were polite and helpful and the instuctions were clear All in all a good experience.

On arrival, at 3 in the morning, the staff were pleasant, efficient. Transfer to airport quick. Slight delay waiting for coach on the return. All in all a good value and efficient service.

Found the service to be top notch. Nice clear instructions how to locate the facility. Couteous and accomadating staff. A 5 star experience for airport car parking and only paid a budget fee - I will never use anyone else when flying from GATWICK again.

I use Cophall Parking because its pricing is very competitive, good customer service, and prompt transfers to and from North Terminal at Gatwick.

Arrived 5 am in the morning staff very cheerful and friendly, left my car and was transported to the airport. It gave me peace of mind and enabled me to enjoy my holiday.

They expected me to arrive with my car when I did. They knew who I was when I rang from the airport to say I was back. I was collected quicker than expected by a friendly driver. Good to be able to use their loo before the 90 minute drive home.

I was very pleased with the service provided and there was minimum delay at any stage. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the whole process went smoothly.

We arrived at Cophall parking to find the check in staff polite friendly and efficient. We did not have to hang around got transport to the airport straight away the driver loaded up our luggage for us. On our return we waited 15 minutes for transport to pick us up again the driver was pleasant and helpful, when we checked it there was no hanging around we got our car keys given back quickly with no fuss which was a bonus as we were tired after a late flight. Overall excellent sservice at a competitive price. Kept paperwork for reference to use Cophall parking again in the future.
