Left my passport in the car but the problem was quickly and sympathetically dealt with and meant I didn't miss my flight.

I have used this car park twice now in April (for the first time) and the whole experience has just been outstanding. When you arrive all you have to do is park your car straight in front of reception, report to reception, unload your car and give them your key so they could park your car properly later. The transfer to the airport was very quick and pleasant and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. At coming back all you had to do is give them a ring when you had collected your luggage and by the time you got to the bus stop where they would pick up I never had to wait any more than 5-10 minutes. I will definitely use this car park again. The best one I have every used and I have tried various different ones at Heathrow, Stansted and Gatwick.

I found the place easy, the bus driver helpsed to lift the heavy suitcases into the bus, transfer to the airport and back was very quick, good service for the best available price, Thank you,

The whole process from booking online, to leaving our car at the car park and being taken to the airport was easy and stress free. Upon our return, we were promptly picked up at the airport and taken back to the car park where our vehicle was ready. This is the second time we have used this company and will certainly do so again. Highly recommended

Cophall Parking is always our first choice. One really cannot fault them. It was a pleasant surprise to find the car heated up when we landed on a frosty night. The transfer drivers always load luggage and are courteous. The office staff are extremely efficient.

I would definitely recommend to all, easy to use, felt confident and safe leaving my car and ran very smoothly.

Handed over the car and got on the Bus, on our return to the UK phoned Cophall from the airport and the bus was there to collect us by the time we reached the bus stop. Our car was ready to load and drive away. All as it should be without lugging cases all over car parks.

Parked car by reception, within a few minutes was on the mini bus back to the airport. On our return rang the tel no provided, walked through to the short term car park and the car was waiting. Best service we've ever received at Gatwick.

When we arrived, we were whisked onto the transfer bus with no delay to the terminal and on our return on a very icy cold morning the car was there warm and de iced, they even checked our tyres for us - highly recommend.
