Everything went according to plan - would recommend and use them again

Car parking and service very good. There is a fair walk from arrivals to the point where you pick up the 'bus, if you have awkward/heavy luggage be sure to get a trolley.

The staff were very helpful, travelling time to the airport was about average and I did not wait long for the driver upon my arrival and as it was late evening and cold was an added bonus, have used before and would certainly use again.

We didn't have to wait for our transfer from the car park to the airport. On our return journey we telephoned to say we had arrived at Gatwick and our bus was waiting for us once we'd cleared customs etc. really friendly and customer focused staff and good value for money.

Cophall did exactly as they promised, the place was clean and well run, we left immediately for the airport and on return the minibus was waiting, warm and clean.

We landed at 14.30 got our bags in record time phoned Cophall and they said it would take ten minutes or so. We made our way to the car park and as we got there the car arrived! This was a great thing.

Cophall have made this a simple process to follow and alleviate any further stress of getting yourself to the airport without delay and return to your parked car on return. I arrived a the car park in pouring rain. I checked in my car and along with six other people were transferred to the airport. On my return I contacted Cophill and was informed a mini bus was being dispatched to collect me and would be about 10 minutes. The bus arrived and it was just for me. I had a very friendly and talkative driver. Brilliant service Thank you

Booked online having compared prices excellent value for money. A little out of the way from Gatwick but not a problem professional staff easy transfers to and from the airport.

Easy to find, with the directions given in the email, really simple to use, copmpared to some of the horror stories you hear about with airport parking, didn't have to wait about for the transfers. All round brilliant really, and worth every penny. Would highly recommend this service to anyone!

Reception have all details printed before you arrive - drop your keys off - Sorted! Friendly coach drivers load and unload your suitcases onto the minibus at either end. When returning to UK - one quick and easy phonecall leads you back to your car. Will definitely use this company again.

Car park was easy to find, and we parked close to the reception. The hand-over was efficient and the coach to the airport left within about 5 minutes of us getting on board. Very friendly drivers both going to the airport and returning after our holiday. We phoned the company as we were leaving Arrivals and the coach to pick us up arrived within 15 minutes. Our car was waiting just outside the reception building at Cophall Parking and again, the hand-over was quick and efficient. Our one concern was that it seems a bit of a distance from the airport/M23 but we'd definitely use them again. Overall: quick, efficient, friendly and good facilities.

Easy to book and use. Transfer was immediate for my departure as it was only me, had to wait a little longer on my return but the bus was full so obviously a busier time, I still wasn't left for long. Got my keys back straight away and the car came back exactly as I had left it - lovely!

I've already recommended Copthall to friends and family. It represents good value for money together with great service.

This was the first time we had used Cophall Parking, having used other parking facilities in Gatwick, and i have to say Cophall offered an excellent service and good value for money, we will definately use them again

It was such great value for money and transfers to and from the aiport were so quick and easy too!

Booking online was straightforward and very reasonable. We arrived at 3.30am to smiling, friendly staff, who processed our details quickly and efficiently. There was a transfer van waiting and we were taken to our airport terminal straight away. On our return we called so say we'd landed and in 10 minutes our pick up was with us. Our driver was chatty and friendly and we were back to our car and off home in no time. Excellent service and staff. I would use Cophall parking again and recommend it to friends and relatives.

I've used a number of parking providers and Cophall is not different really. After calling to be picked up was at least 45 mins before I got to my car.

Had a scratch on my car when I got it back so would not use the service again.
