A good service at a reasonable price. The drivers and office staff were friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

Great value, staff were friendly and helpful. If I had to make one grumble it would be that we returned to minus 5 conditions, so it would have been a nice touch if the car had already been defrosted and warm, but otherwise a great service!

Cannot rate this parking service highly enough, we had to make a couple of changes as our flights changed & were then delayed, there was no problem & no extra fee & the car was waiting warm and ready for us when we finally came out of baggage claim. We will have no hesitation using them again.

Online booking was effortless and facility was easy to find. Courteous service both upon arrival and return. The only gripe I have was that the pick up from the Terminal upon return took twice as long as the promised 10 mins and that teh driver apperently had not been informed that I was coming.

Very happy with service, transfer was ready and waiting for us both times. Driver polite and courteous. Toilet facilities could do with a refit.

Its a bit cold in late November waiting for the bus to come but in fairness it was no more than 15 mins. Rest was good.

We have used this company on numerous occasions and have always found them very good. Polite, punctual and efficient.

All the hassle of meet and greet, with variations of flight times and so on eliminated, as was arranging taxi collection. Couldn't have been easier, with attentive and organised staff. Looking forward to our next trip, knowing Cophall's service is so efficient.

The service was very good however the ride on the mini bus was a bit like a roller coaster ride! Could have been a bit smoother with the driving!. The greet service on our return was very easy. Thank you

the park was easy to find and the directions were clear and concise. There was only a couple of minutes wait before I was taken to the airport and also on my return. next time though, I think I will pay the little extra for the meet and greet on the return journey. only because at the end of a long journey home it would have been nicer just getting into my car and straight off. will definitely use this company again.

Rang at 12.03 pm at night and waited half an hour in the cold and wet, rang and they said they thought we had gone even though they still gads our car then said we will send a driver out, who had no actually been earlier, picked us up at 12.48, with no apology , finally got back to car and reception staff said nothing. Very cold , wet and tired and thought what are we going to do if they don't come ? Never again,,park at the airport where you are in control .

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it really is a service with a smile. I shall be parking here every time I travel from Gatwick.

every step of the process was effortless. We had to wait for about 10 mins only for a bus to pick us back up from the airport but to be honest the last time we used meet and greet we had to wait 40 mins so this was much better. Staff always answered the telephone promptly and politely. Very reasonable cost and will certainly be using them again.

We could not fault Cophall parking. We arrived early at the start of the week and they were ready for us. On arrival back at Gatwick the bus came to the stop within 2 minutes. Altogether, a very slick service which we will definitely use again.

I used Cophall for the first time ans was thoroughly satisfied We were transferred to the airport promptly by a friendly driver. On arrival at the airport we were picked up again promptly. The whole experience was very pleasant

No real problem with the service - drop off was quick and efficient. Was a little disappointed with pickup - waited for over 25 minutes. The drivers have a list of names of groups to pick up and if you are not on the list you don't get picked up! We had to wait for the 3rd minibus to be collected - first was full - the second one had 3 spaces (there were 3 of us) but he took a single employee on board instead - leaving us to wait for a further 15 minutes. That is not good customer service!

The Location was easy to find, Staff were pleasant on both arrival and departure, mini bus was clean and driver helpful in loading and unloading the cases. Would I use them again YES if flying out of Gatwick
