Arrived at the Cophall parking site, checked the car in, a coach was awaiting our departure. We arrived promptly to the terminal. On our return we called for the mini bus by the time we for to the pick up point the driver was ready and waiting the price was great and would use Cophall again.

Long delay 15-20 mins waiting to be taken into LGW. Same long wait when we arrived back. The price is reasonable but I won't use this service again as it's just too far away from the Terminals.

We found Cophall Parking very efficient and helpful. Good directions given, found the carpark easily. Easy transfer from carpark to airport on comfortable mini coaches. On our return just phoned the number given and by the time we walked to the correct pick up point the coach was waiting for us! Pleasant staff and drivers, would totally recommend their service, which was actually cheaper than the other carparks where you wait for the bus and struggle to load your cases on the bus yourself. Will definitely use this company again.

Everything went as planned with no delays or problems. Directions to the car park were clear and accurate. Pick up on return was simple. Will definitely use again if the occasion arrises.

Very pleased with price. Dropped off car and keys at reception and car was waiting at reception when we returned so no searching acres of car park in the cold and dark for the car. Transfers were quick. Will definitely use again.

I am very please with their service , on my return I changed my flight and it was no problem extending the parking and getting a meet and greets as it was early hours of the morning for the arrival. Will be useing this company again.

Reasonable car park and transfer too airport great but had to wait 15 mins for return and then stopped at north too so added greatly to journey. Our friends parked at long stay for just £4 more so would likely go there next time (only stayed 6 days)

Overall good value for money. East to get to and close to the airport. Check in and out was quick and our car was ready when we arrived back. Transfers were excellent and hardly any waiting time at both ends. Reception staff were efficient. Facilities could have done with a good clean and reception staff could have been more friendly but for the price we would still use again.

Value for money and getting to the airport during drip off was great, till on the return I called once through customs (as advised) called to be collected was told 10-12 mins, got to point where collected would be, got to the pick up point 2mins at the most over the advised time they would arrive-and they drove off, it took 20 mins plus easily, waiting to be collected baring in mind I called straight away. Driver should not have left until we were collected, it's not like there will be another following shortly or we took a different means to get back to the car, you call them, you get collected by them and in turn get returned to their car park. Simple!

Great service. Was looking for cheap parking for 3 days which they delivered . Excellent value for money, friendly staff and easy to find. Would highly recommend and I will defiantly be using this service again.

I was apprehensive regarding the transfers both to and from the airport. In particular I was concerned about the journey home as our flight landed at around 12:45am and we did not physically leave the airport to find our transfer back to the carpark until around 2am. We had phoned Cophall Parking immediately after collecting our luggage and no sooner had we left the airport and made our way to the pick-up point they arrived no more than 2 minutes later. Top service, will use again!

I was very happy with my experience with Cophall Parking. It was location the right side of Gatwick for me. The office and driving staff we are friendly & efficient. I was a lady travelling alone and felt perfectly safe at all times. And I was even given a voucher for 15% discount off my next booking, so I will be back :)

Very short wait for minibus transfer to the airport at start of our trip and definitely worth paying the extra to have the car waiting for us at the airport on our return. No hanging around and highly recommended.
