can't fault the service from directions to transfer to airport and pickup.won't use any one else

This is the 2nd time that I have used Cophall Parking. Both times the service has been excellent combined with friendly staff and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend them to all friends and family.

The service was quick, easy and professional. Dropping the car off at their site was easy and the transfer quick. The Meet and Greet on return made getting back easy with our car waiting at the airport.

We travelled during very unsocial hours but staff was friendly, efficient and we did not have to wait long for the transfer to Gatwick. Same with the return journey. We were very impressed and will certainly use it again.

Not much more we can say so far the best parking we have had and most courteous. Thanks

I would recommend this service particularly anyone travelling on their own.

Brilliant service x we did have a glitch at the airport as someone had jumped on the bus in our name however, another driver from the company couldn't do enough to help out and had us on his bus in no time. Thanks will deffo use this company again x

It was easy to book on the line and easy to follow the direction to the car park with the instruction sent out.

Easy to book on line or by the phone, good customer service was a delay when they picked us up from the airport but overall i am satisfied and i am going to use them again, good value for money

First time I had flown from Gatwick. The venue was easy to find from their directions, easy to park up and transfer bags to waiting bus. Keys handed in and a vehicle and driver is allocated to you based on when you arrive. So if your late and arrive with loads of other people you may not be on the first transport going out. We didn't have to wait long. Transfer to airport was about 15-20 mins in light traffic. Picking up called number first bus arrived with allocated names to get on so no bun fight. Our bus with our names arrived fairly smartly afterwards . Picked up keys and transfered bags to waiting car near reception. Happy with service and will use again, price is probably reasonable for Gatwick airport.

It all went smoothly: We arrived, left our van at the entrance. We came back 2 weeks later and it was back at the entrance waiting for us. Peace of mind

Arrived 40 mins early but that was no problem as everything was ready & waiting for a speedy, stress-free transfer to airport & only 12 min wait for pick-up on return. Well worth using & I will use them again !!
