Very good service , maybe a hot drink vending machine in the lobby because after a long flight you need a drink. The service we had was top notch well done.

Very smooth service. On return to UK I called ahead and only waited abt 15 mins for transfer. Would definitely use cophall again.

Checking in was easy, staff were very efficient and transfer to airport was excellent. Will always use them when flying from Gatwick.

Good value. Efficient service and very prompt. Collection from airport could have been quicker, but you get what you pay for. No problems at the car parking facilities at all even at 5:30 in the morning.

Easy to find, prompt transfer to airport, on return pickup vehicle within 5 minutes of phoning in after arrival. Very professional service will use again

On our return to Gatwick one mini bus was just leaving the airport but another was sent straight away. Very smart and comfortable new mini-buses, helpful drivers. I do not see how the service could be improved upon. As to the price I do not know how competitive it was (1 week £60).

The directions to Cophall Parking were excellent and my number plate was immediately recognised on entry. The paper work was ready and I was promptly identified. The transfers to and from the airport were run efficiently and the car was ready for collection on my return. I shall certainly use Cophall Parking again.

Easy to find, hardly took any longer to get to than the onsite carparks. Excellent customer service as my car battery had died and they had had it started for when I picked it up at midnight. Friendly too.

Fast and business like at a fair price. Only "negative" was that our flight was late and the pick-up was on time but the driver really threw the van around to the extent that a couple of his passengers were fighting travel sickness when we arrived at Cophall.

We chose this company as they were the cheapest and we didn't mind how far we were from the airport. The service was good, but we had to wait a while for our return transfer. However in the long run, I'd probably use them again.

No trouble finding this place, quick efficient transfers both to and from the airport, friendly staff and good value.

First time in using this particular parking company. From the moment I dropped my car off, everything run smoothly, had less than 2 mins to wait for the bus to take us to the airport, and bus was there on our return. Car absolutely fine. I will most definitely use this company again.

Everything I read about before I booked it are 100/: correct. Transfer is on time. I will defiantly will use it again.

Upon arriving back to Gatwick from our trip, when we arrived to the bus stop there was a mini bus but was full meaning we had to wait for the next 1 which would be 5 minutes which wasn't a problem (I had called the parking upon landing at about 11.25pm and had arrived to the bus stop at about 12:15) When the 2nd bus arrived, my family got on to the bus and I went to get on but was told that I could not be taken as there was no room which was ridiculous as my name was on the list and the amount of passengers should also be known as it is required information when booking your car. This led to an argument with the bus driver and having to call the office to make sure I was taken on with my family which included my elderly grandmother and finally being driven to the car park but not before my suitcases were slammed on to the bus by the driver. All in all, I was not happy with the service and having to wait because their form of transport is a small mini bus which is evidently not convenient. Shall not be using here again.

Cheaper than I could find And without height restrictions- My daily drive is a van, so couldn't be taken in by the much more expensive companies that appear higher up on web searches. A saving of over £20 compared to the purple people! Very friendly from booking, checking in, drop off driver to pick up driver... Great service- Thank you.

I would happily use this service again. I have used meet and greet with my own car previously from a different provider and was concerned there would be a delay upon return but there wasent, we telephoned after collecting our luggage and by the time we got outside we waited only 5 minutes for the return transport.I would recommend this company for efficiency and value for money.

We really liked the service at Cophall but when we picked up the car we found that because we left it parked for a month the tyres had lost pressure and in fact one of them was flat. I would not have expected to be handed back a car with a flat tyre! Fortunately when our driver saw me pumping the tyres up he came over with a compressor and pumped them up for me.
