By far the best "Meet And Greet" Service I have experienced.No waiting at either end,Friendly helpful staff,Excellent value for money.Don't look any further- ACE Parking gets the thumbs up!

We travelled to Gatwick on the night of heavy snow and diabolical driving conditions. We arrived late as did everyone else but the car was picked up promptly and efficiently. Excellent value and service. I highly recommend this company.

When we dropped the car off, the driver was waiting for us and it was a very professional handover. When we returned, we had to wait 30 minutes instead of 15-20 and the driver gave us the car key and was gone (no paperwork). He had also driven the car too fast over a ramp which hit the undercarriage of the car (right in front of our eyes). All the other people who were waiting for their cars (various companies) had left before us.

Called them as instructed, 4 minute wait on collection; checked condition of car quickly; asked if we needed it valetted or not. On collection they were waiting for me, as our bags took 20 minutes to arrive!! Car was covered in layer of white dust, but otherwise fine - mileage on car was 23 miles (when called they said they did not expect more than 35 miles). All in all very convenient and saves a lot of time getting to/from car parks and lugging all the luggage. Well done chaps.

After a stressful journey to Gatwick in rush hour traffic and getting there 15 minutes before the gates had opened for our boarding, Ace were there on time, in an excellent place to collect our vehicle-(they were in the same spot for pick-up on our return). Could not fault the service at all. It was amazing to not have to worry about parking - if we had had to park in one of the airport carparks and get a bus- we would have been so late!! Not only was this a major advantage but also it was the cheapest parking option! You can totally rely on ACE!

good but had to wait an hour or more for our car on return ,this might not have helped because of bad wether ,but felt that the company could have let us know as we were standing out in the cold for no reason

It was at sub zero when we arrived at our car but as we got in the heat met you wonderful,the Meet and Greet service is First Class

First time I've used this service and will never 'park and ride' again. I actually forgot to call them until I was almost at Gatwick and the driver was still at the meeting point before me!! Arriving back at 11.40pm, in the freezing cold, it was great to have a warmed-up car waiting for us. Phoned as soon as we got our cases and again the driver was at the meeting point before we got there. A first-class service. Well done Ace Parking.

The collecting and delivery drivers were excellant, very friendly and on time. If the person who answers the phone was as polite as the drivers then the overall score would have been excellant rather than very good.

when I was delayed by weather they delivered the car as requested 3 days later, charged a lot extra , more than teh original dayrate, a bit naughty of them

The only problem with Ace Parking is that I never new they existed before, they are brilliant service and there main problem is that they do not publicise themselves enough. What a great company, You Drive to the Airport and give your car to a driver, without any hassle, then when you come back it's there, at the arrivals, waiting for you all warmed up and ready for the Journey home. Fantastic service!!!!!!

Unfortunately I left a rucksac with passports, tickets and vouchers in the car when it was driven away! Some time had passed before this was discovered and I rang Ace; without hesitation they returned to the already parked car and recovered the rucksac in time for us to check in. Without their prompt action the holiday would have been ruined. Highly recommended.

I would suggest you ask customers to call ACE before collecting cases, as we had to wait outside in the cold 5-10 minutes

A great way to start a holiday completely stress free and on the return of a long haul flight it was good to get on the road within 15 miutes of collecting our luggage.

Was a bit dubious in leaving my car. Did wonder if it would be there on our return. Well it was. We were all very impressed with the service. It saved us so much time. We will definately use them again. Thankyou

wonderful service, everything you need to make arrival and departure from airport smooth. kind people even though i mucked up my booking form and inconvenienced them. will recommend them and use again. do they operate from luton?

When i drop my car off wasn't to bad, but i found ridicolous the charge an extra ten pounds just because my fly was delay 15 mins.However after i've got my baggage i called to Ace asking for my car which it took more than 30 mins to get my car in a freeze cold weather with an extra ten pounds, what a ashame!!

We had read other peoples reviews which we found mixed. Our experience was fantastic. Everything went to plan no waiting about for car to be picked up or collected. Excellent service would use again.

No problem at all with this service and very nice not to have lug multi bags on and off on any transfer buses as this service starts and ends at the terminal drop off.

Parking was only 5 miles away as 10 miles on the speedo. Very punctual and staff very friendly.
