The guy who picked up the car was great, on time, professional and friendly. However, the delivery on our return was the complete opposite, the delivery was 40 minutes after we had phoned them and the car was meant to have been cleaned but hadn't been, in fact it was returned covered in snow and the driver did not even apologise or explain. Not really impressive and we won't be using them again.

Arriving at Gatwick they were a few minutes late collecting my car, but we were not in a hurry so no problem. On our return, after over 7 hours' flight delay my family and I arrived back at Gatwick after midnight in a temperature of -11, and after standing around waiting for 20 minutes, I phoned to see what was going on, and was asked to wait a bit longer. 15 minutes later I called again and was told they had sent the wrong car (a VW) because its owner had a similar name to mine - even though when I originally phoned to say we were back, they had confirmed that my car is a Toyota. To cut a tedious story short, it transpired over further calls that they could not find my car. It took them over 2 hours to locate and deliver it. When I emailed to suggest some compensation might be in order they basically said they might consider it if they felt it was totally their fault, but it was partly my fault for getting back later that planned. Hmm... this is an airport parking service, and they can't handle a delayed flight ... I will most definitely avoid them in future.

When returning to a snowbound UK imagine having someone warm up your car and remove the snow from it and be waiting to meet you as you leave the terminal building. Celebrities pay fortunes for this but this service was less than the cost of parking in the airport long stay car parks. All you have to do is just load up with passengers and luggage and drive off.

Pick up was more than 30 minutes although 20 were promised. On our return, bad weather conditions prompted a 1 hour wait when 30 minutes had been advised upon calling. Avoiding long waits in the cold in the middle of the night with a small child was the very reason to book a meet and greet service, but we would have been much faster if we would have parked in a bus serviced parking lot. When the car arrived, it hadn't been cleared of snow properly. Will definitely NOT use them again.

dropping off the car was problem free. on return, as instructed, we phoned when we reached the arrivals hall to say bring us our car; the Ace mobile phone either rang and rang and then cut off or was engaged; after 3/4 hour (by which time I'd also shopping at M&S on the other side of Customs), I'd totally flattened my phone battery, my husband then started using his phone, with the same result (ring and ring then cut off, or engaged); after a further 25 mins we finally got thro and half an hour later our car was brought to us - £10 surcharge for handing it back after midnight, even tho it was their fault for not answering the phone, when I raised the problem with delivery guy, he just said we are very busy! Do you really want to be at Gatwick nearly 2 hours longer after arriving than is strictly necessary? Penny wise and pound foolish I say, I wish I'd taken the special offer for short term parking to long stay travellers at only £40 more.

Having been burned before with other meet& greet operators with my car obviously been used for joyriding and personal effects stolen I was delighted to find things left in the car still there and that the mileage was as expected and that the delivery driver was on time.

Our outbound flight was early morning. After a thorough check of the vehicle before hand over the Ace driver was friendly and efficient. I was concerned that our inbound flight was arriving quite late at 11:30 pm. After phoneing Ace as instructed from the baggage hall upon arrival, we made our way down to the collection point. We waited approximatly 20min for the car. When it arrived the driver did explain that there was quite a few arrivals at that time and the company was very busy. This was clearly evident as we were waiting, and could see the transit driver for Ace picking up the drivers. There was another couple next to us who had been waiting over an hour for their car to be returned to them, and the gentleman was very angry. He was NOT with Ace Parking Gatwick by the way. The driver was very professional and courteous. The valet on the car was lovely. This was the first time I have used this type of service and I would recommend Ace Parking Gatwick as a reliable, friendly and honest company.

I am always very careful when selecting a parking company. I can confirm that I did not get it wrong using Ace Parking at Gatwick while I was recently away on holiday to Spain. I will recommend Ace Parking to friends and others for good customer service and value for money.

In the freezing cold, waiting with my family over 6 hours, to have my car returned, the number of calls made and number of stories told by Ace Parking is shocking, so shocking that when my car finally returned without even a bit of snow visible was very suspicious. I found there service very unprofessional, incorrect information was always told, like you car is waiting outside, your car will be there in 10mins, there is a big difference between 10mins and 6 hours. Not a recommended company, would not use them again, they should not be allowed to operation at the airport, with this type of service. The worst parking service ever In total made 15 calls, and no apology from the company.

On departure, they collected the car about an hour an hour after we rang, almost making us miss the flight. On arrival, they delivered the car about an hour after we rang.

Would have liked to have know about possibility of a £10 chatrge for an overrun into the next day. We were due back at 2335 but did not contact and pick up until about 0045. I would have prebooked the extra day at a better rate than paying the penalty charge of £10 for about a 1 hour overstay.

Overall the service was very good. The drivers who collected and returned my car were very curtious and efficient. The receptionists who took the telephone calls were polite and helpful. Considering this is a meet and greet service the cost was very resonable and compared favourably with other off airport parking services.

Even though we were delayed 1 hour then had to wait another one and a half hours for our luggage ,there was no moans and groans when we rang for our car and by the time we got out it arrived lovely and clean and warm ,will not hesitate to use again.

Having recently used Ace Parking Gatwick I have to say the service provided was excellent and most certainly value for money. We were met at the terminal at exactly the time stated by a friendly staff member and the car taken off for safe parking. On return, the same thing. No hanging around for loads of paperwork to complete, no waiting for buses to take you to your car. All round, excellent service and will be happy to use again and again. Well done Ace.
