When i first booked the Meet and Greet service i was a bit nervous and wondered if I had made the right choice, but when we arrived at the airport there was a lovely lady waiting for us and gave us all the details we needed. When we arrived back into the UK i was wondering how long we would have to wait. I called the when i received my baggage and when i got outside they was about 5 mins. Think this service is brilliant and wouldnt choose anything else the next time i travel.

Everything worked out well. The benefit of having the car warmed up at midnight and able to get away quickly was worthe the extra cost

Easy to confirm arrival at airport for departure. Driver was there about 3 mins after we arrived. Likewise we only waited 2 mins at the most on the return trip. Good value for money as not much more expensive than parking at Gatwick for the week and a lot less bother. Will use again if price remains competitive.

Very good value for money. The service provided was both punctual and friendly.

Driver checked to make sure I was at the right terminal - showed concern and was very helpful.

First time I have used a meet and greet service and now I wonder why I've ever done anything else! Could not have been easier or more convenient. A first class service in every regard.

Car a little dusty on return - but otherwise all impeccable. Particularly appreciate the polite and pleasant manner of Ace staff.

Easy way of saving time and hassle. No problems either dropping off car or on return. Would definitely use again.

We arrived for our holiday at the drop off point at 05:00. A representative was there, ready and waiting for us. Returned flight landed at 23:00. The driver pulled up literally just as we got to the pickup point. While everyone else was waiting for their transfer coaches, we drove straight home. Will recommend to all my friends. Cheaper and more convenient (especially for those with kids) than the standard car paks.

No problems with departure, however on arriving back at Gatwick waited an hour for car to be returned.

After shopping around for on airport car parks I stumbled across Ace Parking. I was amazed at how reasonable they were and although I felt the price was too good to be true, I read other reviews, bit the bullet and hoped for the best. I have to say I was not disappointed. After calling ahead, Ace were ready for us at the airport drop off point before we arrived and likewise on the return leg. It was so much easier than I expected and to not have to use the shuttle buses with all our baggage was an absolute bonus.The staff were all very polite and professional and I would not hesitate in using Ace for future trips.

This was the first time I have used the meet and greet service and was well worth the extra few pounds I paid than having to wait around for courtesy buses taking you to/from your parked car, with a risk to being late for flights. I would certainly recommend Ace and will use them again in the future. We waited a few minutes for the driver to pick up our car and he was waiting for us when we got back, perfect. Lisa (Kent)

We were early to arrive at the airport but the collector re-shuffled despite being busy to accomodate us, our return flight was a little late and again our car was returned and redy for our collection at the agreed point and time. The car, much to our surprise and delight had been cleaned - given that we use this car for our two mucky little boys this was a very elcome bonus. Very highly recommended, booking early also made ACE highly competitive and excellent value for money.

I've used meet and greet parking on a number of occasions now and as a single mum, travelling alone with a young child, I wouldn't do it any other way. I hadn't used Ace before and was a little sceptical about their service beforehand as they came in at £20 to £30 cheaper than others I had used before. I needn't have worried - the service was just as good, the drivers were very pleasant and there were no delays. Thank you Ace!

Everthing went very smoothly. Got there about half an hour early because we left early due to problem on M25/M23. Accomodated by Ace parking very well. Will be using them next time

This is the second time I have had my car returned with a dent in it. The first time I accepted accidents happen, now I have no confidence in the service and will not use it again.

I felt very good having my car delivered to me at midnight in the pouring rain when everyone else was traipsing to the long term carpark! Highly recommended with sleeping children in tow!

We will always travel this way. It's so easy to just drive right into the airport and be where you need to be quickly by simply getting as close to it as possible. No waiting, no additional travel, just unload and hand the car keys over! Straight off to check-in. Coming home is made easier knowing that your car will be there to greet you, and the convenience of this alone makes the end of a holiday a bit less difficult!

Cheapest way to park at Gatwick & the most convenient. Driver was waiting for us as we arrived & with our car when we returned. Due to rebuilding work at Gatwick, it was difficult to find out where we should have picked up the car, but your driver helped us out & we soon found him. Very polite & professional service throughout.
