Very easy and convenient. The only problem was that we were later than expected to drop the car off which caused the driver a problem he said but otherwise it was good. We would use the service again.

Came on time and picked us up on time, however they delivered the car back with the bumper smashed up and showed no interest. Will never use them again

On our arrival at the airport the driver was waiting for us where promised and our return the car was waiting as we exited the terminal.

Called up 20 mins before arrival into Gatwick, and within a couple of minutes a representative was there to check our car and take it away. The same on the way back, no sooner had we reached the meeting point our car was there - perfect, as we were travelling with alot of ski bags and 2 children!

I have never used this type of service before having heard about "bad experiences" from apparent previous customers- the service was exemplary and for just £10 the car was returned in spic and span condition and I would certainly use this service again and recommend it to others-thank you

We would use Ace Parking again, the service is as good as it gets but the cost is less than most.

Having tried all kinds of car parking experiences at most airports, valet parking with Ace was definitely the best one yet. Simple instructions, reasonable cost, punctual and personable staff. It was all so easy, we will be definitely using them again.

I felt that this was a real "find". The cost was competitive with other parking offers on the Internet and the "meet and greet" method is very quick, compared to parking the car oneself and catching a bus to the terminal. I'd use it everytime and I wondered if Ace Parking covered other airports eg Heathrow? Thank you very much to Ace Parking!

Generally very pleased with the service. We had to wait a couple of minutes for the driver to meet us at Gatwick when flying out but still far more convenient than offsite long stay parking. Driver who delivered our car back to us was exceptionally pleasant. Trying to find your way back to departures drop-off from the arrival hall at Gatwick North Terminal in order to meet your car isn't 100% straightforward.

The driver was waiting for me to collect my car - no extra mileage and on returning to Gatwick, as I arrived at the collection point, so did my car. I will definitely use ACE again.

okay on departure, very good service. on return, delay in answering phone? gravel, surley voice eventually replied, told me to call when we were in arrival lounge. we complied told they were 5 minutes away! pouring rain 20 mins. later, driver said there was a delay due to an accident at the roundabout!! never attempted to help with cases. dissappointing attitude.we saw no sign of accident at roundabout?

This was the first time we have used a meet and greet service and we were extremely impressed. Excellent value for money and a good way to start our holiday. We will certainly use your service in the future and recommend you to friends.

slow at both ends, car returned dirty and with most controls reset in some way

We have a small baby, so needed a baby seat in the car, but didn't want to take it on the plane. This was a perfect sollution for us and we will definitely recommend this to our friends with infants.

We arrived at the airport, having 'phoned Ace Parking 20 minutes prior to our arrival. They met us there within a few minutes. On our return to Gatwick a week later, our car was returned within approximately 25 minutes, after we called them as we cleared customs. The mileage was as we expected, with the car having been driven about 25 miles. It was a hassle free experience and we would certainly use them again. It was good to get into our warm car on a wet, cold Sunday morning!!

Very good service, only concern was punctuality on arrival as airport staff like a quick turn around so in some cases you may have to go back round. We were lucky as the airport staff were extremely accommodating.

would recomend to anyone. Much easier than the other park and ride services your car is outside the door waiting for you.

Staying at the Sofitel, convenient drop off. Returning from holiday, car parked just outside the Sofitel waiting for us. Thank you and will use you again.

We were going to Egypt but it was cancelled at the last minute. I emailed Ace as soon as we had re-arranged our destination but the booking could not be changed within 24 hours but as the departure that was close to the original booking there should be a problem. We only had to wait afew minutes at the stated location after reminding them of change of terminal. However we had to ring twice on pick-up they had susposidly gone to the wrong terminal, we should have reminded them but we had been travelling all day! The car was very dusty and had done more miles than I expected (about 30 miles all told) but all in all it was OK and I would use then again.
